- Jeff| 6 repliesThe keep calling in regards to "an important business matter". Fortunately, I always claim that I'm out when they ask for me.
- KenANNOYING!!!!!!
Maybe 10 times a week - dizzy| 6 repliesI've been getting calls from them sometimes 2-3 times a day. Very annoying. I finally called up, and they identified themselves as "Canadian Bonded Securities". When I asked what this was in regards to, they refused to give me any information without confirming personal info such as phone number, name, and license plate #. When I refused to divulge any more info, I was told by the agent that he could not open the file without confirmation. I have a feeling it's a collection agency, although we don't owe anyone any money. Does anyone know how to make them stop? The agent wouldn't even let me talk to his manager or remove me off the call list!

- Ray| 2 repliesAuto dialing 1-2 times a day for the last month or so without identifying who they want to look for, extremely annoying. I am in Vancouver BC.
- madoh yah...and i live in the okanagan and we dont have that [***] here! god dammit!
- Vivi replies to dizzy| 2 repliesAll you have to do it send them a letter and tell them not to call, write or bother u in any way. I got this infor from a lawyer
- Guest replies to dizzyit is a collection agency. they have been harassing me as well looking for someone that is not me. I am seriously getting pissed off
- "had enough"They are now calling themselves ICORP Canada but they are still Canadian Bonded Credit with head office in Toronto. They leave a number to call 1-866-205-3071 saying it is urgent business. They have been calling my husband for years over a stupid parking fee from Impark. They will not give up - just ignore them or hang up. They have a terrible record with Better Business Bureau from people who have filed complaints against them - nothing seems to work to get them off of our back except to pay the parking fee which my husband will not on principle as ICBC has given IMPARK confidential information regarding license information of drivers.

- Joe Blow| 1 replyI get calls all the time from this. Irritating as hell, particularly in light of the fact that I've spoken to them in person at least five times in recent weeks telling them that I have no intention of ever paying this 'parking ticket,' and that they will be rotten in their graves and this ticket will be still outstanding. But it hasn't worked so far.
All this harassment is the result of ICBC, under the government of Gordon Campbell, finding time out from the illegal sale of written-off car wrecks, to sell our private data to Imperial Parking to help them expedite collection of unpaid tickets handed out in pay parking lots around town. Imperial Parking has no power to collect these 'fines,' but they have friends in the government. The subject was aired on CKNW talk shows, and the practice was supposed to end, but it hasn't. I've told them that if they really think it's legal to claim $100 plus 'damages' because I was five minutes overtime in paying parking fees they should sue me, and we'd sort it out in court. But they won't do that. Instead, they engage in this elaborate program of psychological harassment in the belief that most people will just get tired of it and pay up.
To claim 'damages' of $100 if someone fails to pay the parking fee and ties up a booth for a few minutes is an out and out fiction. I've offered to pay them the $5 I think the real amount of damages, being generous, may have been, but no way. Complain to your MLA, if you think those jokers actually give a [***], but I somehow doubt you'll be listened to. I plan to vandalize an Imperial Parking lot at the first opportunity, but don't tell anyone.- Caller: Canadian Boded Credit

- Len| 3 repliesI have received calls from 866-205-3061 for over 6 months.
Here is what I discovered. Canadian Bonded Security is a collection agency for Imperial Parking or IMPARK (amongst other things). I googled their website and found the name and phone number of the Operations Manager at Imperial Parking. I was also able to find her home phone number by doing a "reverse lookup".
For every call I get from 866-205-3071, the lady is getting two from me. One at her office and one at her home.
I do want to know her name, date of birth, the car she drives, the plate number and her credit card(s) number(s). I also want to know her husbands personal information as well; as well as any child over the age of 19.
Life is a two way street. I can make calls on my VOIP phone at no cost.
You to can find out who the operations manager is for you area. Find it and call every day, until the calls from Canada Bonded stop.
If they believe I owe them for a parking ticket; there is a process called "small claims court" and I am willing to meet her there at any time to defend myself.- Caller: Canadian Bonded Security

I just love your approach.... think Im going to try it as these people actually phoned my eighty two year old mother- in- law to tell her about the "urgent" business that my husband needed to attend to ASAP. Since they cannot find our number they have resorted to phoning my husbands last living relative....is there a hell on earth that these people can go to?? I am hoping

- Very MadThis is IQOR or CBCL collection agency. People that don't have a great track
record on the internet. They are the most rude people you will ever have to
deal with in your life. They actually enjoy harassing you very much so. It can be 5-10 years after a debit has been paid and they'll still drive you crazy and give your number to other agencies to continue the harassment
forever. the only way to get them to stop is to get an unlisted phone number. Here are a whole bunch of toll free numbers so you can drive them nuts using a phone booth. Don't use your home or work numbers because the *67 feature (to block your #) does not work for these people. They can still see the number you are calling from. They pay for this blocking to be
overridden. Here are some numbers; 1-877-503-2115, 1-866-294-1752,
1-866-205-3071, 1-800-834-5467, 1-866-277-5467, 1-866-227-5467,
1-866-205-3061, 1-800-811-4214, 1-888-804-8198, 1-800-657-2057.
Did you know that by law they are only aloud to call you every 6 days. They
call sometimes 6 time a day. Not enough people are fighting these pests,
that's why they keep getting away with this crap. Help us all, by giving them a hard time as well!- Caller: ICOR and CBCL

- KKC| 2 repliesWe get a recorded message at least three times per day saying that it is "urgent that you contact ICorp Canada" and just leaving the call back number without any further information. I, for one, never return a call to someone unless they have the courtesy to tell me who they are, why they are calling and the person to whom they wish to speak.
- Caller: ICorp Canada
- It is a scamThis isn't a real collections agency. It is a bunch of scam artists from some lawless country using an autodialer to see who will respond and then selling those numbers on the black market.

- DebbieI got 2 calls from this # this morning, just after 7a. We thought it was just telemarketing- only we've never gotten a telemarketing call so early in the am before. I redialed the # to ask what it was in regards to, and the person on the line said they were calling on behalf of Impark. I'm not sure if they were from Impark or a collections agency. I told them it was 730a where I was and I asked them not to call so early ever again and hung up the phone.
