I got called from these people concerning a call about a bill that is not even in my nam and they are now harrasing me as well. I just called them and some idiotic b@*tch named Angie says that it does not matter who the acounts name was under since they used my social security number I have to pay it and they will keep calling. I told her I have epilepsy and am on SSD and have no income to pay it with anyway and she told me, "I don't care if your a Fu34ing gimp Pay the bill or we will deduct it from your social security. So I hung up. Folks these people are idiots and want to make us all feel threatened they can't deduct things from social security and they really have no right to talk to any one like that. So I would like to put angie in the top ten of the WORTHLESS B@#TCHES list in the unitet states

I got them calling me when I got into Dell Debt with my Axim.  I got Kimberly who was really nice and helpful.  I am now paid off from my debt with Dell and have my letter of release.  She worked with me to get my settlement taken care of and I'm good to go.

Those above seemed to have gotten the other side of the coin or just bad karma.

I got a call today on my cellphone. Funny thing is only my friends have my cellphone number. Yes, I have a Dell computer and my computer a 2 years ago I had about 600 left to pay now its over 2200. I told them I would pay 600 but they said no and if I don't pay I my face criminal charges. I told them not going to happen all they can do is to send it to collections and they can not throw me in jail for not paying. If they want the money they are going to have to wait a longtime to get any money. With the econamy being bad WHO HAS MONEY not me.
In the state of california they have very strict rules for collection agencies. They can't call before 8am or after 8:30pm. They can not threaten you in anyway, etc. So if you live in california you can file a report against ARS Collections. Must states have similar laws too.

Mike called today and said he has a special offwer for Quentin if he could talk to him, but I would not give out his phone number so he wanted me to relay this message and have him call himat 855-213-7004  ext  3691

Calls my house constantly for someone that does not even live in Ohio, I am tired of these calls

i got a call to day form 866-213-7004 ex 3160.. from tony from ars. they are saying that we own money for a dell computer but i have not own a dell in 10 years now....

I've received calls from this collection agency, regarding a Dell computer. The guy I talk to was polite. I do owe Dell, and was able to make arrangements that I can live with. I hate people calling me about bills and being nasty like I owe them personally. This is the deal, if we could settle all our debts that would be the American dream. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out people need help, and most likely the reps calling us is in debt. Rock on people.

Someone at this number called my brother and asked for my number.   He did not give it to them but told me about it instead.  I dont care who I owe, they have no right to call family members to try to get in touch with me.  I do not have a home number on purpose so I will not have to get telemarketing calls or harassing calls.

Received a call on THE FOURTH OF JULY (!!!) FROM (646)402-5702. As this is a NYC area code used mostly for cell phones, I'm certain it is meant to confuse the person receiving the calls into thinking they are getting a call from an individual. Also, as a cell phone number, ID is not required. Caller left a message to call back at (866)213-7004 to discuss a )business matter".  As this call came on a national holiday, I'll definitely be reporting this one.

Dell Financial calling for a Lynn Simpson that use to have this number and she is still giving it out or the people that she owes money to has the old numbers and was never updated and Collections was willing to take the number off their system for me but we will see !

Second call now from this #, We have never had a Dell computer, and certainly never financed one !
