Calls twice a day and doesn't leave a message.

debt collector /medical bills
seems polite enough, difficulty understanding them due to poor phone line connection, like its over voip or something.

I am getting this call everday morning with UNKNOWN id and saying collection agency .and also saying my wife name. I don't what this number and also with my knowledge I don't have any debts on any type of service. what you want me do with this

calls every day, both on my home and business line.  Never identify who this is.  Called the number back once, got left on hold.  I don't have time for this at work.

I just called from it. It left a weird message, I can barely understand what it wants..

have seen several incoming calls, finially called them back. Their V/M indicated a Ref number.

Some sort of collection agency, looking for some guy with me same FIRST name, not even close on the last name.

never called the home, only a generic corperate cell phone.

started getting calls after Traveler's auto insurance was delaying paying my medical bills. It has been over a month after I asked to be released from medical care. The caller may be a medical bill collector for either of 2 St Louis hospitals, B___ Wellnesss Center, ambulance company, radiologists

This is a Collection Call from UCB Inc (United Collection Bureau) based out of Toledo but with many offices.  I also received a call that just said "Please return this call as soon as possible and reference this number."  I tried the return number and was immediately hung up once, then transfered to voicemail box as they were supposedly closed although it was only 7pm and their stated hours of operation are 8:30am until 8:00pm Mon-Thur.  Then it said to leave my name and reference number, then told me that I was unable to leave a voicemail as the mailbox was full and it hung up on me.

I decided to look up UCB online and called 4 of their toll free numbers before I finally got someone on the line.  They do collections for all types of institutions, mine was a very small medical bill that I thought had been taken care of.  Anyway, that is who/what they are.  Good luck getting a hold of anyone if you want to pay off your bills.

I did tell them the trouble I had and all I had to do to get someone on the phone.  They said they will look into it, because I told them, must be they don't really want to "collect money" too badly if they aren't accepting return calls.

computer message on my answering machine.  Gave number to call 844-216-4424 and a ref # then said good bye

I've been getting calls from 866-216-4424 on my cellphone for several months.  If the call goes to VM they leave a message with this number and a reference #.  Once I tried calling back within their stated hours and got a message saying the office was closed and to please call back within their hours.  Duh!  Even if I answer the call I get the same old recording with a number to call (the 866 number) and a reference number.  It has never been a human making the call.  I have no debt, medical bills or otherwise, so I can't figure out what they want.  The only thought I have is the person who had my cellphone number before June 2007 might be the person they're looking for.  Who knows?

Received another computer message on answering maching to call 866-216-4424 and to use a reference #.

They called and left a Vm for my daughter who is 3. No reference # left and when I called back and asked for Tony (the guy who left the vm) they said no Tony works there? I don't know.

I get calls from this number almost everyday.  The caller ID just says 419.  Its a recording that gets left on my voicemail that doesn't say who it is just leaves a callback number and a reference number.  I don't owe anyone anything so I'm not sure what to think about it.  Other people on here say that they have called back and got nothing so I'm alittle worried to call back. I just want it to stop.

They called at least twice a day for a week until I realized I don't owe anyone money, so I called back and they were looking for a Luisa Anderson, who I have never heard of. The person I got on the phone hung up before he would identify himself or his agency, spoke near-jibberish, and convinced me in a variety of ways that they were a collections agency, just because of how rude and non-sentient they were.

i called after receiving an automated message to call the number, and looking up online here first of course.  twice i was either hung up or put on hold then disconnected.  the third time, they kept asking for a reference number, which was not provided on their voice message.  they immediately asked for my social security number, which i refused to give. it took me 4 attempts to try to give them the phone number for them to even understand english....at which time i promptly hung up after they got rude with me.

whoever they are can send something in the friggin' mail.

these calls are beginning to annoy me, because they leave a message with a number or reference number, I don't know who they are or what they want I just wish they would stop calling here.  Personally I believe this is a phising scam.

Constantly calls and leaves messages about very important business but you have to call the number back. I call the number back and they always ask if I'm "Pam". I tell them no, I'm still not Pam please stop calling my cell phone and take me off your list they get angry and hang up.
