I run a law office and we've been getting frequent calls from pre-recorded sales calls - what I call "scam" calls, which are always about getting out of debt.  They are usually after hours or on weekends.  At first I thought it might be a creditor of a client, so I called back the first few.  Now I just delete them.  I am getting pretty tired of these, I just got this call from "Brian Valenca at Consumer Services" today on a Sunday.  The pre-recorded message said twice "we've talked before."  I called it back and of course it was some guy who answered the phone with "do you want to get out of debt?"  This call came in on a back line, NON-PUBLISHED number.

I had EXACTLY the same experience.  I called the number back 5 times so that I could demand that they remove my phone number from their telemarketing list but as soon as I uttered the first sentence, they hung up on me.  Grrrr.

Yup. Totally the same deal. The *second* I said anything, anything at all (referring to Brian Valencia) I was treated to a dial tone.

Freakin weirdos, man.

I got the EXACT same call yesterday. I went online last night and registered my number on the "do not call" list and when I got home I had a message from "Brian Valencia" and they kept hanging up on me too. Annoying

Everyone Call 1-866-216-8234!!!!  Just constantly call during the day and take up their time.  Play with them, try to get through and get their business information.

ha ha ha ha!!!! guess what i called them over and over and over agian!!! at least 50 times and messed with them and i even screamed at the top of my lungs as lound as i could. I really enjoyed the payback!!! they have called me several times a day for the last week as well as they continously fill up my mail boxs!!! everybody call them and waster there time they wast ours!!!

Called this Telemarketing Lending Company (after receipt of multiple phone calls), to request that they STOP calling.  EACH and EVERY TIME I called them, when I mentioned removal from their call list, THEY DISCONNECTED THE CALL.  When I requested to speak to a Supervisor THEY DISCONNECTED THE CALL. On multiple occasion when I asked the name of the person I was speaking to they DISCONNECTED THE CALL.

I called at least - 10 to 15 times trying to get removed, yet each operator/agent/whatever hung up on me as soon as I mentioned that I wished to be removed from their Marketing Call List.

I have and I recommend that you also, file a complaint with your State Attourney General's Office, who is the governing body that is able to sue them for breaking the Do Not Call Registry Statues.

Realizing that if you have a registered number on the National Do Not Call Registry over 90 days old, that a Company can be fined $5,000 per incident (and you can sue them in civil court), or there can be a Class Action Suit Placed against them.

These worthless scumbags hit me 15 times while I was on vacation last week leaving their poisonous voice mails each time.  All calls were to my work phone number, which is on the do not call registry.  My phone system fwd's voice mails as a wave file to my e-mail which is then received by my iphone, costing me time and bandwidth each time.  I called these dolts and was promptly hung up on each time when I asked to be removed from their list, and I was very polite each of the three times I called.  Never even got a chance to tell them they were in violation.

I went here <https://www.donotcall.gov/> and re-registered all my home phones and double registered my work line.  Also visited my Attorney General's website to fill out the complaint form.  Not sure what he can do being it is an 866 (toll free) number.  Guess I will wait and see if I get a call from that office.

I wonder how discouraged these idiots would be if you call in, say "yes" to the money, go thru the entire process to get the money (or at least to the point they want some private info) and then hang up on them.  That seems to me would waste more of their time and phone minutes than calling and hanging up.  Plus you get to give them that little glimmer of hope they might be making a "sale", only to snatch it away in the end.

Man....has it really come to this!!!  Fighting with idiots over the phone!!!!

I don't know if they got the hint or not but every time I dial up they disconnect me before anyone picks up.

got a scam call, recorded, from a Brian Valencia. Tried to call back and ask to be removed from the list. Each operator I spoke with hung up on me. This is uncalled for. My number is listed on the do not call list.

Our corperation gets numerous numbers a day from these folks.
Frustrating and aggravating.

I have called the number back five times, putting them on hold each time.  Maybe they'll get the hint.

They continually call about reducing my debt and say that they spoke to me before, so I've tried answering and it is a prerecorded phone call.  Today I finally call the number they leave 866-216-8234 and each time I said I wanted the phone calls to stop, they hung up on me.  I called the number at least 7 times.

Please take me off our calling list dont need calls from you..

another one call is from a lady who (word for word) repeats what Brian is saying.

Someone really needs to put a stop to these people as they call my work line at least 1-2 times a week. my work line is unlisted.

"Do you want to get out of debt?"  When I called them back to have our number removed, they hung up on me over and over until I stated I would call them over and over till they removed our number.  And, although he said he would remove it after I gave it to him, you could tell he never wrote it down.

I am having the same problems! I called them back three times demanding to be taken off of their calling list and the woman called me a B*tch!

Person calls our home several times per day, nights, weekends about debt reduction and states to call back.  I  called back to remove our names from the list and I was hung up on several times.  Then I demanded to speak to a manager and the woman hung up on me and called me a [***].
