Allstate keeps calling my cell phone saying i am late on a payment  even though i do not have allstate insurance and i have never had allstate insurance. i have told them to stop calling me but this has been going on for over a year. i wish they would stop calling as it costs me a dollar every time they call into my phone, yesterday they called 7 times!!! Allstate now owes ME a payment!!!

It claims to be allstate but it isn't its a scam and they don't care if it costs you because they plan to rob you anyways.

It is from Allstate, and appears to be solely for "payment not received" calls.  If you call the number back, and enter the number they called, there's a message that plays (in a variety of languages) that will tell you what the call is about.  Nice service.
Also, if you call your agent and tell them you don't want these calls to your cell phone, they will remove the service, and you'll get a snail mail notice instead.

I have being receiving calls from this number offering auto quotes. I am not picking up this call again

This number is from Allstate, they never stop calling....

It could be Allstate - they kept raising their rates even though I had no claims.  I switched to a major carrier and got the same coverage for about 60% of Allstates rate.  THey have called me nearly every day and keep sending emails, but they won't lower their rates.  Now that they have called my cell phone, the FCC will get involved as this is illegal to call a cell phone for sales.  Google FCC to find out how to make the complaint.  And beware of Allstate!

It's not from Allstate.  I talked to my agent and they said it is a scam to collect information.

it's allstate.. I paid the same day they called..  lol  Lil tid bit of info.. It's the law if you notify any callers trying to collect anything!! If on your cell phone only that it is a cell phone and to not call it again. Tell them they have been notified. They have to take your cell out of there system and post a no call in there files. :D Learned that working for scum sucking collectors. Obviously that job wasn't for me.. I can't be that callous and cold hearted.. just saying.. 3

I'm mad as hell and am trying to find a way Not to take these annoying calls!

If you get this call, CALL YOUR AGENT.  NEVER disclose any information to anyone who calls you.  If its legit, you should be able to handle it through your agent anyhow.  NEVER tell anyone anything, PERIOD.

My 17 year old daughter just started recieving calls (4 in one day) from this number. We have never had Allstate insurance for anything. Each call gives a message that there is a $78.17 balance due on "our policy" and asks for a credit card payment with no option to speak to a Customer Representative.  I think this is definitely a scam. We have no idea how they go ther number in the first place. We are just blocking this call going forward.

The calls are not a scam.  I am with All State and it is a reminder call to pay your bill............If you don't have allstate, call their 800 # and tell them to remove your number as obviously someone else keyed in a number wrong for another customer or a customer gave all state the wrong contact number......

Get a life

Just got this number and already 4 messages for the prior owner he's late on a payment.  Tried to call.  No way to speak to anyone unless you want to pay.  Tried calling Allstate directly.....oH....that phone is already on hold..apparently not.  Then they give me a number to talk to the agent directly.  Thank you for that long distance call I had to make to leave a message.

The auto response message states they are Allstate.  I know why they called me, my payment was late but only because the payment that I made online didn't go through AGAIN.  I paid by phone directly to my agent's office yesterday but still got the automated call today.

best way: pay your bills

It IS Allstate Insurance. It's a call to let you know that they have not received your payment yet.

Got 2 calls today already, didnt pick up, if it is from allstate like all claim above me for it to be from, I have never had that insurance carrier, I am a young adult, and still on my parents insurance, who are with nationwide... defiantly a scam

This is AllState Ins.  Trying to get you to purchase other insurance from them

We don't have Allstate so I can't figure out why we are getting calls all of a sudden.
