no idea; a "Mrs. Rossi" called and said please call back.  I did a a very French sounding answering service asked me to hold.  I hung up  No idea

I also got one of these. It is confirmed as a Canadian Bonded Collection Agency. I got a live person on the line and told them in terms that made it very clear to remove me from their call list and not to call here again. I have got calls from them for 6-8 months now and today was the first time I got someone on the line. Only to find out that they were looking for someone who I don't even know.

They called asking for someone else, i thought they were scammers so i asked for their phone number and searched google to find this,,,,They also said that they are calling from ilco or ilgo or something as a collection agency

I called this number back and asked for the name of the company. They identified themselves as IQOR Canada. They're an outsourcing centre (call centre)

They keep calling my house at all times of the day..... Mainly before 6.7pm as i have called at that time with the number i get from msg's and they are closed......  I have called twice today as i have had some time but to my enjoyment!!!   "NOT"   They kept me waiting for over 30mins....so I hung up......   Its not me they are looking for and am gonna do everything in my power to get them to stop calling let alone leaving me this msg "This is Iqor Canada,It is important to call us back at 1-866-223-4640"

They call here from time to time & leave cryptic messages on my voicemail, but don't say who they are for.  Have spoken to them using the call-back number & asked them not to call as they will not identify themselves.

Haven't heard from them in a while but they called for my roommate but she has no issues with them and has called them as well to ask them not to call.

They call at all times of the day & are extremely rude if you get to speak to a "real" person.

They have also called for people I do not know...go figure!

They called my cell phone few times. The automated message is "This is IQOR Canada. It is important that you call us back at 1-866-223-4640." I called them, I reached an operator within 3 minutes. The mister explained to me that they are from IQOR canada (Canadian Bonded Credits Limited) and that they are calling me on behalf of Ministry of Justice. He asked for some name, that is not me, he asked for another name, still not me.
He asked for my name so that he can "remove" my number from the list. I didn't give my name. He gave me a year and said if that was my birthday. Still not me.
Hung up.

Don't give them your ID, the are scam

They are a collection agency for Student loans that where unpaid.

Well if they are  collection for student loans, I have a student loan asI went to school in 2007 for a year and I am paying my studen loan; so I know that is not the problem.  When they call and say "this is icr canada, it is very important that you give us a call back at 1-866-223-4640".  They do not ask for anyone in particular, so you do not know who on God's green earth that they are looking for.

I received a call from (973) 603-7021. The female sounding caller left a message saying to call back "1-866-223-4640". Nothing was mentioned as to who the call was for or who was calling only that we should call the number mentioned above.

They are a collection agency.  Someone named Raymond has used my phone # and not paid his bills.  They said I have been removed from their list.  Hopefully I am.

These people have called my number before. Their number is blocked because they didn't leave a message when they called before, Except for this web site I don't know who they are or why they are calling my number. Primus Canada allows me to block unwanted calls.

They have been calling my moms since 2007, and its now 2011. I talked to them in 2007 and they claimed to be a collection agency. They were calling me to pay my fines (420). I gave them 200 in 2007. I hadnt paid them any more since, and now that I would like to, I called them - during the summer - to look into how I can pay the last 200.
They said my file had been transfered and they had no information as to who they transfered my file to or anything. Left numerous messages for call back, but they currently failed to do so.
