You are dead wrong on these letters stating "your warranty OFFER will expire..."
I received this bogus letter today and it definitely states that "Your factory warranty has expired or is about to expire..."  I have a year old Chevrolet which I purchased new, that includes a 5-year, 100,000 mile warranty!  Hell!! This so-called 'company' didn't even know what vehicle I own.  It lists under "MAKE",--Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac. Pretty general, huh?!

Motor Vehicle Services is nothing but a scum-sucking, bottom-feeding 'company' that is one click under being a total fraud!!!

Anyone that receives a letter from these idiots should immediatley file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.

Scam and it is bogus. not specific on car you have (or even adress Current Owner). Current owner of what?
I called them and as sooner someone answered I turned on a PORN VIDEO for them to listen.

I get these notices phone of expiration of my extended protection plan about 2 to 3 times a year. I did have a protection plan thru the dealer it expired about 4 years ago. Thats when I sold the car. I have talked to someone from this scam and asked them the name of the company, got hung up on. Ran the phone number on the notice thru the BBB and came up with no such number. Total scam. BUT! my question is why haven't the authorties gone after these people, this scam has been around for years!

Motor Vehicle Services mailer, this time with tel number 888 407 4968, is out now and being mass mailed. Marked "Extremely Urgent" and "Final Notice" it's all bogus. Beware of this scam!

I called them. The not-so-good comments posted here are pretty much inline with my experience. Tossed it.

Got their flier in the mail.  They worked really hard to make it look like it came form the manufacturer.  No disclaimers anywhere.

I got the same notice in the mail. I called them and found out that they want $3800 for the repair insurance with a $100 deductible for the next 100,000. I thought was too high. I said I want to see it in writing, and they said that I don't see my car insurance policy in writing before I buy.

I would potentially believe some of these glowing remarks for this company if I had not spoken with five separate people asking for a corporate address, in which I not one time received. I did, however, get three, hang-ups, and a "supervisor" named Brian that lied to me by giving me some bogus address that would not even pull up on Google. The fifth gentleman actually had a smidgen of integrity and explained that they are a broker and not a specific employer, the he still did not--or could not--give me any information about the company.

This company is making Robo calls from several numbers 571 286 3400  and 571-286-3401.  They call several times a day from both numbers.  I finally called it back and the female who answered the phone wanted to know if I received  the very urgent letter in the mail about a deadline for my Vehicle.  Unfortunately for them I am prior Law Enforcement and I will investigate this non stop as it is a new hobby for me.  This is going to be fun, stay tuned
