Directed me to call a nu,mber bc a driver was in the area and wanted to deliver a package

Ericka called me from 888-226-3625 saying that she was with UPS and they had a package for me from SnapOn Tools??  They had the name and most of the address right.  They even asked about my birthday.  She directed me to call her back at 866-233-4368 x 876.  When I called them back it's called National Courier Service and they say to leave a message.

Got a call from Shannon at National Express Delivery.  Wanted to set up delivery of a package to owner of company I work for. Would not speak to me, wanted owners cell number.  Did not give out!  They did not have sender information.  When asked for a call back number, she said to have owner call her at 866-233-4368.  All you get is a voice mail (which had a different company name).  Googled the number and found a lot of people getting same kind of call, some with different call back numbers and some even have a different delivery service name.....but all the same routine.  Seems like a scam to me!  They were digging for personal info.  BEWARE!

Got a call on my cell phone voice mail stating to call back, they have a package for delivery and left a confirmation number.  I googled the number and company and found all of these comments.
What the heck do they want?

They are trying to collect on a old bill. They are really ugly and harrass anyone and everyone. They have harrassed my Mother trying to get my info from her. She reported them to the BBB and Prosecuters Office in Texas

i also recieved the call to call back that they had a package for my mother they gave me a tracking number. i decided to pull it up on the internet and this is what i found so anyone who gets a call from 1866 233 4368 beware its a SCAM

They ask for personal info claiming to have a package from somewhere that needs a secure question answered, asked me where my daughter worked...I said why would you need to know that to deliver a package is you have her address? Scammers

I recieved a message from someone to call them back at National Express for a package that I have that needed to be delivered.  I don't have any packages that I know should be sent to me currently so I googled the number and the company...couldn't find the company and found this amazing thread!  Looks like there's A LOT of scams like this.

received call from nationwide courier stating they had a package to deliver from macy's department store and needed a security question answered.  place of employment?  said i was self employed  which was the wrong answer. they said i could call back and gave me a tracking number.   not long after my landlord called and said he received a call from st. elizabeth me regarding a employment application i submitted.  they said since i was self employed wanted to know anyone i did business with.  everything is a scam to get information to collect a debt.  turned them into better business bureau, attorney generals office and federal trade commission.  girl that called me was shannon.  dont give any info out.

I got a call from 877-402-0874, didn't answer, and they left a voicemail (a woman with quite a nice voice actually) saying it was National Express Delivery and they have a package, but instead of my name she said it was for another person, Annie Vu, who I know must have had my cell number before I got it about 5 years ago, because I have been getting calls from debt collectors trying to find Annie Vu ever since I got this number.

So when she said that name I thought maybe it was a cunning debt collector trying to trick me (or rather Annie Vu) into calling back and giving up her address so they could send the repo men around...

The callback number she left was 866-233-4368. I almost called back, but then I thought, wait, I've never heard of "National Express Delivery"... so I googled it. Looks like some people here think it's a scam, and some think it's a debt collector. Either way, I ain't callin' back.

I got the very same call from National Express Delivery. I did call back to the number that showed up on my cell caller id which is 877-402-0885 and the system said the mailbox was full. So I called the number the lady left on my voice mail which is 866-233-4368. Then I had to leave a message even thou it said press 0 for an operator. When they called back I gave them the information they asked me for. They said it was a package from Macy's. They asked me to a security question - where did I work - I got a call shortly after that at my work from the same number as the delivery company 877-402-0885. Right after that I called them back and left a message saying my name and telling them they have my number and they need to call me back because there is a problem. When the didn't call me back I called the number 866-233-4368 to leave another message and got a busy signal. I even tried blocking my number but still got a busy signal. I think this is a scam and I am not sure what scam it is. Don't be stupid like me. DON'T TELL THEM ANYTHING!

I answered a call at my place of employment wanting to speak with a co-worker like it was her friend.   The co-worker not in, so I asked to take a message.  This is National Express Delivery needing to deliver a pre-paid package to my co-worker.  She asks if the address she has to deliver is correct.  The address was my co-workers address however it raised a RED FLAG immediately.  People of business do not discuss personal information regarding co-workers.  I asked to get the name, number and tracking number to provide a message.  Phone number of 866-233-4368.  Instead of giving my co-worker the message, I googled the number to find that its all a SCAM!

i got the same call a lilttle while ago, a lady called witha soft voice gave me tracking number, and a number to call.so i did they said i have a package someone sent u from macy's and i did get a lilttle excited i did, she ask where i work for security question i said i dont, then she ask my bday and told me the package will b there in 45 minutes and it been 3 hrs so i decided to google it and found the it is a scam. so just because she lie and told me i was going to receive something that means GOD is going to forfill that lie,just cause he loves me...so beaware and dont be so quick to give out ur information.

Trying to deliver a package, we haven't ordered anything. Contacting family members for information.

I received the same message today on my cell phone.  Caller ID showed (877) 402-0890.  I didn't answer but they left a voice mail message that said,"Hi this is Chanel express delivery and we have a package for (my name) please give us a call to schedule a delivery time at (866) 233-4368 reference number.....", of course I did not call back but googled the number to find out that it was a scam

My mother just received the same kind of call. How in the world they got her number is beyond me.
I'm so glad that I googled the phone number.
The lady gave my mom a reference number just like all the other posts.
IT IS A SCAM. I do owe the local hospital money . That is the only dept I have.
If this is a collection agency, they are shady!!!!

got a phone call w a tracking number sying i had a package from macys now not gonna lie i got way to happy i mean im a female and it was coming from macys so i called 1-888-233-4368 and she aksed me a securtiy question where did i work but i said i wasnt working and she was like she could have the driver deliver it by 7 well i waited 2 hours no driver with a package so i called back the very next day bust all day long could not even get ahold of anyone so i googled the number and found this so looks like its a scam and i for sure not getting a gift from macys! damn

I received a message on my voicemail from a so called business called National Express Delivery wanting me to call back to 866-233-4368 about a package they wanted to deliver. Tracking number was 322093. I thought that was weird so I called the number got a recording and hung up. I figured it was a scam so googled the number and found all these messages about that number. Hope they get caught!

they called and said they had a package from macys and wanted personal info like birthdate and social security number refused to give it to them thank god i susspected a scam because i did not order from macys like they said. Its a scam beware.

I Recieved a call from 877-640-1936, saying that they were 'National Express Delivery', with a package to deliver to me and they needed to know when was the best time to deliver to my address. They gave me a tracking number and sounded legitimate. Note: I am expecting a package from my sister.  
They left me a call back number of 866-233-4368 with the tracking number.  I just happened to be online, chatting with my sister.  I asked her if she sent me the package by 'National Express Delivery. She told me NO, she had used UPS.  This made me wonder what was going on. So I called back the number and got voice mail. I did not leave a message. Instead, I Googled National Express Delivery and found this page.  After reading a few posts, I tend to concur. Its either a scam or a debt collector. Obviously a 'Scam" is not legal.  Is this Legal for a debt collector to do?  I Doubt it!
