- Barbra| 1 replyThis number called my relatives looking for me and left a case number. I called back and they claim I took out a payday loan in 2010 and when the lender went to debit my account for repayment, the account was closed. I have never heard of this company and had no payday loans. I asked for something to be sent to me and the man said my worker was out of the office and if I don't want to settle, he will contact my county to have the matter put on the court calendar. I said "yes, please do. If this is legitimate, I have no problem paying. If not, I want this all documented." He said I will make a note and hung up. This is the second time I have received this threat of having their "lawyer" sign off on suing me and nothing happens.

- KitkatThis person name jerry mack contacted my relatives stating some case number and THEN went on to tell someone else about the nature of the call ( ILLEGAL IT VIOLATES CREDIT PRIVACY ACTS). They then called again and left another voice mail in a threatening tone. I am writting the company and sending it certified if they can hire someone to dig up my parents number for a bougus or even legit debt then I suggest they put the same effort forth in contacting me directly. If I did actually do business with this company they have MY email address and MY number is listed...

- Tired of the callsI have gotten the same call numerous times. They state that they have a legal matter that needs to be addressed. They have called my in-laws!!! I have no idea what they want, and when I talk to them and ask them to send me documentation via mail, they say no, if I can't pay the entire balance (whatever it is) right then and there, they will just have someone come and serve me with papers and then arrest me. They threaten to talk to my employers and whatever else they can think of, including emailing them paperwork. But when I ask them to send me paperwork, they person that supposedly owes the debt, they refuse. How do I get them to stop calling my number other than changing it??

- Harassed in Seattle| 2 repliesI got a recorded message left at my work. I have had issues with these types of calls at my work phone for years because of my ex. I found the company's website and have now notified them in writing that they must cease and desist all further communication per the FDCPA. When I am able to contact a company like this in writing I just copy and paste the text below. Feel free to use it! Here is their website: http://transglobalprocessinggroup.com/Contact_Us.html

- SETTLE YOUR DEBT| 2 repliesI work for a debt collection agency and I am tired of people bad mouthing debt collectors when they call your phone. What you need to be doing if you are a relative to these people is calling the person that listed your information for them to call you and telling them to no longer use you as a reference. It is not the collectors' fault that you are getting called from collectors in regards to debts. The only way they have your information is that it was provided to them as the debtor filed for whatever they were getting.

- Becky replies to Harassed in Seattle| 1 replySo basically you are a "Career Debtor" and scum. It is people like you that is the reason our economy is so bad. Instead of being a coward and trying to dodge your responsibility as a us citizen, try talking with this company and pay what you owe. Deadbeat!!!
- Your Momma is Angry and Ugly replies to Angry as Hell| 4 repliesPayday loan collectors are not scams. They collect on debt that you obviously thought was given to your trifling azz for free. Well guess what sweet cheeks its not free money. These payday loan companies are not responsible for paying your bills. Instead of trying to pass it off as a scam....PAY WHAT YOU OWE!!!
- GiG replies to Your Momma is Angry and Ugly| 1 replyLying scammer
- To Debt Collect scammers replies to SETTLE YOUR DEBT| 1 replyCAPS? "WHAT YOU NEED TO BE DOING?" Are you serious? That right there tells me that some Debt Collectors are soulless idiots. If you are owed money, go through the proper channels to collect. Calling and threatening me with Warrants for arrest, lawsuits, Process servers coming to employers, etc will not get your bill paid by me. According to law, you have FIVE (5) days to mail a letter stating your case regarding an overdue bill. There are alot of hard working people out there that have legitimate reasons for slow payments. Think about that before you go online and "state your case, you moron.
- ME replies to To Debt Collect scammersI agree with you and what u are saying is true. I had one call me today to tell me that they are going to sue me. And they have told my sister everything in regards to the matter. that isn't right and it's against the law. People I have worded for people who are scam artists and they have businesses just like this one and they eventually get caught and get shut down. I got a phone call from this number and the company's name is the same company you have named. Now, I want to know are they legit?

- IWISHYOU WEREIN THEMYPLACE. replies to Your Momma is Angry and UglyHow would you feel if it was you. People take out loans hoping it will help them out. These payday loans are a rip off. When poeple lose their jobs and can not continue to pay on the loans and try to make some kind of payment arrangement with them and they refuse to work with you . It can become very stressful and for you to call someone a trifling ass is wrong , And ,I HOPE THAT THIS HAPPEN TO YOU SO THAT YOU CAN SEE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE GOING THOUGH. NO ONE WANTS TO BE PUT IN THIS SITUATION .
- YES I AM A COWARD replies to BeckyI get these calls every day, and I am tired of them. Yes, I did borrower money from Paydays and have try to pay them back.. but when I ask that they only take out so much per month. So that I can pay other bills and they do not do as asked. I have a problem with that. It is people like you that economy is so bad. I am single parent trying to take care of my child and a house on my own. With a low paying job. So if you want to call me a coward go right ahead. Because my child comes first and before I take food out of their mouth and a warm place to stay. I will they will not get anything from me if they can not work with me.
- Tired of Scumbag ScammersI copied this from an earlier post. Maybe if everyone that gets a call from these people does this they can get shut down. I don't know if this ever made a difference but it never hurts to try. They are going about their collection tactics all wrong. When you ask them for paperwork they beat around the bush and try every method possible to avoid the question. If they were legit, they would send the paperwork, deal with everyone in a professional matter, and if need be, send it to the court system to have it handled illegally. That's how we know that they are an illegal company with illegal collection practices. I've even said "If I owe, let me know your address and I will send a money order". They don't like that because they can't steal money from you by continuously hitting your banking account. SCUMBAGS!

- Retired Police DetectiveSome uneducated moron reading from a script just left a rambling message on my cellular phone. He referenced a federal law (US Code 807-1.) He knows nothing about this law, which references fair debt collection, and in fact broke the law. I have no idea who this low life scumbag is, but he is playing with fire. I DO have the ability to find not only his collection agency, but him personally. Call me again, and I will have your ass in a Massachusetts court, default, and I will get a real warrant.

- Cool Guy #6lulz at the scumbag owner of this scam "company" posting in here and talking [***] to people. I took a payday loan out in 2010. I paid it in full after 2 months. First and last payday loan I'll ever do... obviously. A year later I started to receive many of these types of calls from various "companies" trying to say I owe a debt and I'm associated with fraudulent and illegal activity.
The payday loan I took out was a shady online bs loan and they seemed to have sold my information to these scam debt collectors. Of course they're scammers. I have been threatened with being served papers every week for the last two years. Nothing ever comes of it. They get enraged if I ask them what state they're in and what their registered business name is. They play games if you ask them to send you something in writing.
Just insult them once and you can tell you're not dealing with a legitimate debt collector, they will lose their [***] and start screaming at you.
If you give these scumbag, fraudulent, lying, bottom feeding [***] a single penny you're a fool. If you're broke don't pay. If you're busy don't waste you're time. Contact your state attorney general and get to work exposing these worthless lowlifes.
Notice how they will pretend to sound like they're lawyers? Try calling them on it. They're never sure how to answer the question "so you're a lawyer or what?"- Caller: DickPartyInMyMouth

- Smarterthanu replies to Your Momma is Angry and UglyObviously you work for one of these companies and are just as ignorant as the rest. It's kind of obvious it's a scam when they call me and tell me I took out a loan in 2010 using a job and a bank account that I haven't had since 2008, If the account was closed in 2008 there was no way the money could have been deposited in the first place, and any legitimate company would verify employment before approving a loan. Get a real job!
- David replies to BarbraWell i received a call from a women by the name of Angela Martin at Transglobal she was very polite and professional. I paid them exactly what i borrowed. I have a paid in full letter and 3 months after I paid them I noticed that summit group was no longer on my credit report. They gave me receipts for all my payments and also sent letters to my address unlike some of these other companies I dealt with in the past. I think that companies collecting on payday loans have been given a bad rep but this company is legit.
