I keep getting calls several times a day and voice mails from this number threatening to serve me with a court summons. Its a collection agency called the Schneider group making these threats.

I've been getting calls from Schneider litigation a woman named Kimberley Ross. threatening to serve me legal documents to go to court. a man by the name of Ray Jackson is trying to collect an old debt. has anyone gone to court yet.?

My family  members where getting contacted and being told that I was getting served legal papers to be summoned in to court for a outstanding debt. When asked why this was happening  that my parents and sister  was being contacted and told this. They responsed  that was given  was they were not contacting them and I hope they have proof of if they did!

cslled these guys back. Here's how to deal with them; call back at the number on your caller ID, not the number they leave you. You will get a guy named Darren. He will ask who you need to speak to. Say "I don't need to speak to anyone, you called me".. He will day hang on, put you on hold for about 20 seconds and then disconect the call. These guys are cowards who try to intimidate people. Show the you aren't scared of them and they don't want anything to do with you.

there is no, repeat NO lawsuit or court papers. If you are being served court documents someone will appear at your door wearing a badge!!! This is a bottom feeding collection agency, they have no connection with any law agency or court house any where in the U.S.  

they called my sister in law (who by the way, I don't have her number or address) asking for me saying they had gone to my house to serve me papers and i was not home.. lol my husband is home all day... my poor sister in law freaked out... i have no idea why they would call her asking for me?

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  dime until the debt is validated
If they are bothering you, report them:

Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.

No one's going to court.  No one's going to serve you papers.  This is just a scam to scare you into paying them something.

I did my investigation and found out that the names Schneider litigation and winton litigation are the same company. with the same people which is Darren Murray and Ray Jackson and Kimberly Ross. All have different numbers which lead all to Ray Jackson.

Even found out that Ray Jackson said the office is located in Rancho Cucamonga and Los Angeles. I called the Better Business Bureau and they said no location is Los Angeles only Rancho Cucamonga.But Ray gave a Los Angeles address which I got online. I called that number that was associated with the Los Angeles litigation and they dont even know Ray Jackson. There is a litigation office there but they dont    handle cases with credit collections.

got a call from these guys and they also call from a new 844# here it is they are a scam collections contacted AG'S office and filed complaint on these people. i suggest everyone does this with your local AG's office just got o your citys home page and look it up it should have a option for fileing a complaint

SCAMMER!!!!! I called Ray Jackson back today after he called my husband about a time barred debt. Told me my husband owed Wells Fargo. I told him no problem paying once I got his license number.He got flustered when I asked for a license number for debt collection. Saying they didnt have to have one, they were attorneys. I told them the state law that if they were attempting to collect a debt they needed to be licensed in my state.  I then asked for a bar association number for the "attorney". He couldn't provide that either. I then told him to give me an address and I'd mail a check. Surprise! He couldn't provide that either. Said it needed to be paid today. I told him to fax me a document and he didn't have a fax number.  He told me I obviously didn't want to settle and I was being rude and theyd see me in court to which I said Great! See you in imaginary court!

Ridiculous!!  All these comments echo my experiences with this "company". A process server trying to serve a summons,  advises to call 866.239.9667 to confirm my home address.  Then, I reach a guy named Darren, who asks me to hold and places me with Mr. Jackson.  Mr. Jackson then threatens to garnish my wages if the debt remains unpaid.  When I indicated that I have no debt with said company, Mr. Jackson became belligerent and further threatened me.  When I reciprocated the strong tone, Mr. Jackson asked me if I was OK and if I had been taking drugs in an attempt to further coerce me to pay the unvalidated debt. Throughout the conversation, he continues to ask "so, you're refusing to pay?"... and indicates "we'll see you in court". It's unfathomable that companies such as this exist and get away with what they doing.

This is a scam and his company is breaking so many "debt collection" laws it is unreal; but they will not give you a correct physical address (even will tell you, "I'm not giving you our physical address because you are probably a terrorist; or "You could be a terrorist, now if you will give me your date of birth, social security number I can speak with you"; well when he called me a terrorist he received quite a few words and a disconnect from my end), will not give you their real names (the names Ray Jackson, Kimberly Ross, Ms. Smith, Ms. Jones, Darren Murray are all fake names. This company went so far as to "clone" a court clerks phone number and called through it; what they did not realize was it showed up on my caller id and I contacted the court and was told in no uncertain terms no one had called from their phone the day I recorded the phone message (it was a legal holiday and all offices were closed); they also will tell your employer they are needing to process papers and give your employer a "case number" (this "case number" is not a court case number; it is a fake number they have attached to your name in their supposedly files) and that you have already missed a court date because they were unable to process the papers to you. Biggest bunch of low life's trying to make a dollar that I have ever dealt with.

Ray Jackson u are a piece of [***]. So is yr so called,fake,company. Hope u are,eating well knowing you took money from my kids and I. Revenge is sweetest in high doses which you will get yours. I promise u and your whole fake legal team or fake debit collectionor even  team whatever u are and what ever fake,name all of you guys use we are all going get you all. i got  a call from guy name  harvy and then guy name ray jackson,then today guy name darren murray how does these people get all ur info,they no where i lived in the last 20 yrs and told me all the credit places and just about everything of my life,so so scary.......he said i would have to  pay more if i dnt pay now!and he read off my ss num and everything about me,thats scary and keep harrasing e every day:( what do i tell them to run them off and leave me alone

If you get a call from 1-844-695-1075 or 1-844-298-3112 don't even bother with them. They will lie and tell you to pay a debt or they will be serving you papers and garnishing wages. It's all a scam. Ray Jackson ( aka scam boss ) will say anything and everything to get $$$$ out if you NOW. Please ignore them and move on
