Who is this company?  I cannot understand them when they answer the phone. I want to report them. But need there name and address.

I believe the compay is called Globe. They are jurks!  They collect for Capital One..They hound you at home and at work about 3 or 4 times a week.

Not sure who they are either; they have called a number not associated with me six (6) times with in a 3 minute span. I have no idea who they are and a google search reveals NOTHING about them.

I wish someone had some information about them; like WHO are they, WHERE are they located (so I can sent a Cease-And-Desist order). I had a Capitol One card a LONG time ago, and it was included in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy ~ so if this is Junk-debt collector for Capitol one they will get a rude awakening from me.

RCVD call from a guy named Terry calling about my Rewards 660 card OMG this is hella old....told him it's on my credit and I will take care of it when I take care of it and hung up

this number is from NARS national assets recovery systems i called them serveral times no-one i spoke to could speak very good english the first woman was very rude and lied said they were not a collection company asked why they called 3 of my lines then she sent me to her supervisor she told me who they are and said they are a collection company and they are not in the U.S. reminds me of the peggy comercial

I receive DAILY calls from this number, but I NEVER-EVER answer.  It doesn't prevent them from calling, but at least I don't have to interact with them.  Gosh!  Now we have to be harrassed by people we can't understand due to a thick accent?!  GOOD GRIEF, "PEGGY"!  LOL!

Weird.. I called them back and all the lady told me was sorry for disturbing you have a nice day. I didnt even get to tell her to not call me back.

I get a call from this number about 3 times a day. They always leave a partial message and I never catch a phone number to call back. I am tired of them calling so I decided just to call this number to see what happens. Well.....I have been on hold for about 15 minutes and I am not waiting any longer unless someone picks up before I am finished with note. Noone picked up so the hell with 'em.

Someone from this number called me a while back and asked for someone else, I told them that this number doesn't belong to that person and they have to remove me from the list. They called me tonight around 9pm, no voicemail, nothing. I called back and all I hear is music palying, probably on hold for rep to pick up the call. My number is on do not list from the day I got it few months ago.

this number calls my work phone, called back they would not give me any information they all me everyday, no message..what the heck, can't they be stopped? If they are a collection company wouldn't they leave a message??

This number is related to a debt collection company. The company is "Integrity Solution Services, Inc."  They changed their name from National Asset Recovery Services (NARS). New name same tactics, call, never leave a message, hang-up, and call back.

this must be a one man operation...and a red dot at that

I recieve these calls several times a week they are looking for my husband,which I have told them he is very ill and can not come  to the phone.Have told them this several times and they refuse to tell me anything, from what I have seen they are a collection agency for Capitol One. He does have a Capitol One card but there had been a  zero balance on it for years , so why the phone calls? I have now blocked the calls but still recieve them severals times a week. Can thes idiots leave people alone that are not in good health? Where do you go to report and get rid of these phone calls?

Tell these  harassers to quit harassing us.  Three times or more a day and letting it ring lots of time is getting to the point if I could reach them I would pull their hair out.  They need to quit harassing me and my wife.  Thank-you

There is really no reason to get repeated calls from obnoxious callers.
Simply get a phone number blocking service, app or device.

The caller ID says ISSI. 952-242-1922. They call 2-3 times a day. We never pick up and they never leave a message so it has to be some scam artist. If it is a debt collector as some people have said they would leave a message or mail us a notice. The last I looked, our credit is excellent and if it is true and it is Capitol One, we don't even have one of their cards. Wish they would leave us alone and get a real job. So annoying!!!!

Talk about being persistent. They call 2-3 times a day. I never answer and never will. From reading the reviews it seems they are debt collectors called ISSI. That is the name on our caller ID. Does any one out there know what kind of debt collectors they are or who they are collecting for? Our credit is clean so I can't imagine why they are calling us. How can we make them stop without interacting with them by picking up the phone. That is the last thing we want to do.
