they just called me and I look them up on spamcalls.com  they also call from an unlisted number 972-638-8385. Their script is all the same call now or within 24 hours or they will take you to Dallas County Court...this is how you know they are thief's con -artist . Please ignore them, I have given there numbers to the Attorney General.

they called me to and stated that i need to call imediatley or they was going to take me to Burlington County Court

called this morning at 7:15am, I called the number back thinking it was someone else.  Knew me by name as soon as they answered.

Piece of crap debt collector using illegal scare tactics to try and scare you into paying a debt that they cannot prove that you owe or may not even owe. Don’t verify any information or promise to make any payments. Good chance statute of limitation has already passed. Pay them no attention.

They just called me as well and stated if I don't return the call with in 48 hrs they going to my counties court to file charges of fraud! They don't state in the message what it's in regards to or who I even know an when the companies name was given they hit a botton At the same time so I couldn't understand the name.

Just returned call today and they knew who I was without me stating my name. They stated this was an old pay-day loan from 3 years ago.  This should have been on my credit report. I stated I do not have anything outstanding and I payed all my delinquent accounts off my report last year. He stated, "oh well maybe you paid this off under another company which was fraudulent. You know there are companies who get into OUR system and make fraudulent calls or reportings."  WTH, well send my documentation about this so called payday loan. "We have all of your information so this loan must be valid. AND, your account had been frozen."  Dude, none of my accounts have been frozen in life. "Oh, okay I will send you the information you requested."

They called my work and when I called back they said they were away from their desk. Said it was ARM management. I have no clue who that is or what they want.  I discovered it was probably a scam. I don't want them calling my work.

They continuously call me asking for "Darryl" and do not give a last name. They route the calls from various states/numbers and always said "this is regarding a fraudulent claim" and leave a callback number, but that is all.

A debt collector must legally represent his/her company in a voicemail, and will NEVER give out your information without verifying your identity first. Always ask them to send you Hard Copy literature to the address they have on file. If they are a legitimate Debt Collecting Agency and you owe money, they will mail it and you'll go from there.
