When asked to call back, this caller also claimed to be Southern California Edison trying to say my power would be turned off within the hour if I did not pay my bill.  All bills are current, so they said there "system messed up" and that they had sent me two messages in the mail asking for payment.

Same thing, a trucks on the way to disconnect your power, I need to speak to the owner.  When I inquired about the dog barking in the background and if seemed unusual there would be a dog in the offices of com ed the call ended with the reply "[***]" by jason the scammer

This is National Grid and he is notifying me that my power will be turned off whit in a hour if I don't pay my bill. I said that my bills are all paid. I then ask where I have to pay, the amount was 758.18 which I have to bring CASH ONLY to the nearest Authorized store from National grid in Amsterdam on Rt30 which is located at Save A Lot store. Before entering the store  I have to call him so he can stop the Crew from disconnecting. the # 866-249-7712 ext. 0127 name Kevin.

This is a scammer, report to FTC if you get a call from this scumbag,  I don't believed they still using the same phone # to call people,  last time they called me I forwarded their  # to local police.
