garbled message, left call back 1888-397-9500

recorded message saying that we had not responded to a letter they sent.  Left us the actual number (866-251-0062) to call back.

Get a call from them at least once a week and don't answer, but this time they left a msg.  "call 866-251-0062, ext 3632, ask for Marcy. Carol Williams should call back about a personal business metter".

I spoke with someone at this # in Jan and asked to be removed from their call list, as required.  Said I was on the do not call list.  They laughed at me.

Got a message at 11:00 a.m. with 866 phone number and reference #.  
3 different voices...
 first for the 866 number - computer generated
 second was the reference number - computer generated
 third stated "The reference number is" - human
 second voice repeated reference number  - computer generated
(at least voices 1 and 2 sounded computer generated)

Call same as jeff's above.
A suggestion for telemarketers than won't quit - if they have a toll free number: call them up, get a human on line, ask them if they can hold for a few seconds, put the phone down and forget it for a while. Repeat as needed.

This is from a collection agency that NEVER mails out the supposed letters.
When you call back (they don't ask for the caller by name) they service reps are rude and unprofessional.
Many companies after 1 year send their balances due to this company even though you ARE paying.

They have been told by my home health care company to NOT call me anymore and continue to do so.

Receive repeated automated messages from this company telling me to call back. They have been told by my home healthcare agency to place my account on hold and NOT call.
They state I have not responded to letters mailed to me but have yet to mail me one.
Automated calls are unprofessional, rude, and intolerable.

When advised not to contact me again they laugh and say they are above the Do Not Call List

These jerks call on a cell phone and leave a message to call this number. They say, as others have reported, that they have sent a health care bill which I have not paid. When I say I have no unpaid healthcare bills, they placed me on hold and when they returned they said the bill was for "Crystal". I know no Crystals. I told them to take my name off their list, and that they were burning my minutes, but I don't think it will do any good.

866-251-0062  Received a very rude, loud, hostile voiced call telling me to call as I had not responed to their letter. I called back once and got a nice lady. She asked for my telephone number. She said she did
not know why I was called. In addition, said that sometimes the telephone number got added by mistake. She asked for my name, but I did not provide it.
I received another call two weeks later. Same rude format telling me to call Nancy?. These people are jerks.
Never return their calls.

Received message on cell phone for a Jennifer Neill, which is not my name.  Left no company name.

This is a scam! I received a call from this number again today, didnt answer. when they called me last semester while in school, a very rude guy actually wanted to verify my bank account number for a free trip or something from my bank? I gave him no info, not even my name. Problem is "he gave me" my credit card info over the phone. When verified that it was a scam with my bank, I had to put a credit watch and change all my account numbers. It was a hassle although nothing came up missing! Dont answer or call these [***]'s back. 866-251-0062

They called but hung up... no message.  I think they have called me a few times before just like most of the people on here.

Just received an automated call from this number 866-251-0062. Person's name Erica. They have different numbers.

they called and left a message asking for me and left this number while calling from another different number....said they were Erica from CBCS....haven't called back since Nov. 15th.
