No, i wish I knew, I have been getting strange calls from them.

This is a rogue collection agency, and not a legit one at that.  They purchase ancient old debt that you may or may not owe.  They will use scare tactics, for example, stating charges have been filed against you and they will serve you with a summons at your place of employment.  They fail to identify themselves and also their address.  All against fair debt collection laws.  If you receive a call from them, do not give them any of your information, they do not have it and this is NOT a legit company.  Instead, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  They go by generic names like Huntington and the "investigation firm".

Do NOT give these people any information, its a scam!! Report them.

They change phone numbers like every other week. Also, I believe they are setting up prepaid cell phones, so they may call from numbers in your area code.  They will be gone soon.f

Not a real company! A legitimate company would not break virtually every debt collection law out there.  They refuse to give you their real name or physical address.  This is a SCAM.  DO NOT give them any information.  They cannot serve you with papers and no charges have been filed against you.  This is just a shady illegal collection agency.

How do you know there just scare tactics? Does every firm that you owe debt to have to follow the same laws?

No legit company changes phone numbers every few months to avoid detection, nor, do they use illegal methods to try and collect a debt. ie; you have charges filed against you.  Also, this same company goes under "Global Mediation Firm" "The Mediation Firm" and numerous different names.  They are rogue scammers trying to collect on a very old payday loan.  They cannot serve you with papers and you are not in any kind of trouble despite their "case numbers" and "you have officially been notified"

No debt collector has the legal authority to have anyone arrested for anything. These are criminals calling you to steal your money by gaining access to your bank account and credit card numbers.  Unlike other scammers, these are playing on your fear rather than your greed or sympathy.

They will just keep changing numbers so you cannot track them.   This is a SCAM people, do not give them any of your info.  They will not and can NOT do anything, it's a SCAM and a well documented one at that.  Get a real job scammers, I figured you out from the first message.
