Calls but won't leave a message.  Called them back, Inpas Solutions, debt collector.

Calls and leaves no message . I called the number it is Inpas Solutions Debt Collection.

They called, I answered to hear an automated message from Impasse Solutions. Asked if I wanted to talk to a rep and proceeded to hear "hold" muzak for 5 min until I hung up.

Numbers calls but never leaves message.

Never leave a REAL message, it's a dam computer that leaves the msg. You call it back, and they put you on hold FOREVER to listen to music ! FINALLY sum1 picked up, a dam bill collector for an old hospital bill.

called me asked if i was Mr.303 i said something like that how can i help you so he asked again i said what can i do for you then he said it loud HI IS THIS MR.303 I SAID WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU AND HE HUNG UP ON ME

rep asked me to verify my name and then asked me to verify my address and DOB.  I said that I am not willing to do that and asked what this call was about and he said, "thank you for your time" and immediately hung up.  I googled Impasse Solutions and it is a product for testosterone.  I google the phone number and found this page.

this caller with a recording leaves a message about two or three times a week. the message says. it is a personal mater but I never finish listening. if one does not explain the call then I do not answer or I erase it. I never finish listening. It has become somewhat of a harassment.  I have to turn off my machine so I don't keep getting this recording.  I have no idea who these people are. I don' want to know. they are annoying me and harassing me.

These dudes just called me, never leave a message, I ignore them and have reported the number to the local Atty General's Office.

I just bought a house and have excellent credit so I do not owe any money. When I get these calls I just pick it up and hang up. the hell with them!

The company is NPAS Solutions and stated that they are calling in reference to a personal business matter which obvious is a collection agency, they will not leave a message.  For those who are clearing up your credit, it is a possibility that a debit has been sold to them to collect and it has been reopened for them to give you a call.

Keep getting calls from these nuttsss. They want me to verify that I am the person that they are talking to. I go back and forth on the phone with them saying that I am not going to give them any information until they tell me what it is about. They tell me that because of the HIPAA law they cannot. The hell with the HIPAA law. It's only a way for the doctors to make more money off of us. Another scam. This the most annoying situation. I just got a call today and they said that they would call back another time when I was more cooperative. Very arrogant!!!!!!! We live in a country that is going to hell in a hat box. This should not happen to innocent people. Beware!!!!!! Would someone please put a stop to this.

I just got me my first cell phone today and after I got it all set up and programed this number had called me.

Hi.  Actually HIPAA is a health care information privacy act that prohibits the agency from talking with anyone about a healthcare visit or information but the person about which the information pertains.  It's a very restrictive law that puts that rep in a really awkward situation.  They know you don't want to tell them the personal information, and the law requires that they know who they are talking to and is insanely specific.

If you have medical debt, it would probably be easier for everyone (including you) if you just call (maybe even the provider so they can give you a number that you can trust) and try to take care of it.  If you truly can't afford it there are typically charity care options, or other avenues to deal with it.  If you don't have outstanding medical debt, still call the provider and have them help you get it off the books.

Sadly the healthcare industry has changed dramatically (due to ACA and other changes) so that the insurance payments have decreased dramatically over the last few years, and the "self-pay" portion has increased.  Even if the total fee is the same, your and my percentage of that cost has increased.  It's not just doctors trying to get more out of you - it's far more complicated than that.  Most doctors spend very little time or attention in the dollar space.

I also get many wacko calls.  Goodness for caller id.  I am a humorous type to my enjoyment of unsolicited cold calls.  Unfortunatly hospitalized a week.  I am insursed with coverage but these calls did have conversation for collection of paid services.  I'm an accountant gotten tangled with business management and know what subrogation is?  My direct question Hospital was fully paid by insurance and are you seeking another payment to a third party?  Hung up on me.

I research of the "I don't know what I don't know.''   2:00am on TV "Smiling Bob'' for Enzyte to make my manhood more enjoyable by size.  On the calendar once a month calls to sell me the product.  I ended those calls bickering if I needed it or not.  I said ''I don't need, him saying yes you do from a man.  Okay, sold come over show me yours and I will show mine will admit you need it.  Hung up and no more calls.

Even more Zanny a lady named Tanisha gave my number to blow off men.  Of course Leroy, Anton or his cousins called me seeking her very often

They called and left an automated mssg.  Yes, I do have a bill from the health care provider but I don't do business over the phone which is my legal right.  I won't be returning their calls.
