Left a message on my voicemail from Ms brooks. Very loud message like from a boiler room.  This is for sure a scam. They say they are filing suit but no mention of original creditor
Beware do not give these scammers any money

This lady left me a message by the name of Ms. Brooks, I called her back and she told me that she was an investigator and had a arrest warrant for me and I better enter into a payment plan or she will come out for me. I did make a payment of $300.00 not knowing this was a scam artist, please don't send these people ANY MONEY!

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

Jessie Stone just called my place of employment and asked for one of my employees. Second call today on the same employee and they are blocking the number. First person that called said he had an arrest warrant for my employee. Asked this fool is he ever heard of the Federal Trade Commission and he started stuttering. LMAO!! Throw that out at them and then dont know how to react or either they have never heard of them and you scare the crap out of them saying they could be penalized and sued if they continue using scare tactics and lies!!

It never ceases to amaze me how this criminal element will use and abuse well known Actors, Authors, Wrestlers, Singers.. most of who are deceased as a rule.  Now its fictional characters!

Very rude and harassing asked them not to call me at work to give me a number and they wouldn't hung up they called right back. Threaten me me attorney's lawsuit etc. very rude and talk very ugly have me the number and told her not to call my work anymore.

same message warrant  aginst me,  going to my waork to arrest me  have  my  attorney  called  them right   away

call   me  saying  have   a  summors  for me,  fraud  aginst  my   ss number,  that I owe  fast  cash money that  I borrow  in 2013, I told her I did not  borrow  any money from them, she  going  to  serve me  at  my employment  office  and  them she  said  trying of hearing  your  mouth because I told her  I think this is   a scram, . and  she said get  a lawyer  and hung up

You said he started stumbling, funny thing is, the Jessie Stone I just talked to from this number was a she!

She has called me at least 3 times in the last two days regarding a pay day loan. They are telling me they will send someone to arrest me , turn me over to the credit people. I just however found out they are scam artists. I feel so sorry for the people that are falling victim to this.

I got the same call. They say I bounced checks.
