I get calls from this number. I return this call to tell them to stop harassing me. Im not CANDY JACKSON.. SHe gets an attitude and hangs up.. They do not stop calling my phone. Every time I get calls I return them to inform them I am not the person they are looking for and they still constantly call. Rude, unprofessional and harassing me.

Please stop calling!  I am not Denise and have nothing involving a Fraud Investigation  Unit.  This is crap...trying to intimidate people.  

This number calls and leaves a message saying that I am going to be served papers for fraud and that they have proof and I will need to get an attorney because this is a criminal charge and I will be found guilty.  No name of who they are except fraud investigation unit.  I get these calls from different numbers about every 6 months.  At least this one spoke English which most of them don't.

Called the number back and it says it is Delaware Asset Management

Is Ms Carson a collector or have I been scam out $600 already and they want more. I did have a couple of payday loan that I was late on but I thought I had paid them and she started calling and I think I been scammed

No, seems to be a scammer.  Debt is civil, not criminal, so no one is arrested for defaulting on loans.  You may want to block the numbers from calling your grandmother and father.  If their phone does not have a "block" feature, you may want to invest in a call blocker (some can block up to 1500 numbers).  Google "call blockers" - you can get a good one for $60 or less.  If you get a company name, please do report these jokers to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.

Ms. Carson has called me, very aggressive, rude, pushy, and threatened me for court and felony charges on a bounced check from a bank account I had 6 yrs ago. I gave them 50$ and a card number that was tried to be used at an econo lodge in NY. I don't want to be in trouble for any old accounts that I have tried to already pay. I called the bank and they said I didn't owe anything. Idk if she is just a raging [***] that works for a govmnt. Collection, or a scammer and I should just block her?

Let's get this straight. Someone, you have no idea who, calls you - threatens you & you turn over $50 bucks without getting any proof in writing by US Mail? Yeah, I'm done here.

Someone here posted the name of this company as "Delaware Asset management".  I can find no website for the company not Have i found the company registration as of yet in the State of Delaware.  However there are two BBB pages with them listed and numerous complaints not only there but across the internet.  Using the address provided by the BBB I went to Google street view, and as Gomer Pyle used to say "Surprise, Surprise, Surprise!", it happens to be a nice grassy hill with lots of trees along the highway.  I also found a company named Delaware Asset Recovery that has numerous complaints also but I have no idea whether it is the company or two different entities.  In addition i found a listing for this company in Buffalo, NY a known haven for criminal debt collectors.  It also seems to be registered in Texas and California.  The address given in Buffalo is a house, and the one listing has the owner as Joelle Leclaire (governing person).
