This is National Action Financial Service, a "Buffalo" bottom feeder debt collection agency out of Williamsville, NY.

Same exact thing w/me today. Why are these people still in business and not locked up due to their shenanigans? Who enforces on them?

Same here. I've been getting this for more than a week now. It says:- "This message is so that we can resolve the issue in our office. You can return this call to 1-866-265-5244 and ask for DANIEL LYNCH.
And Today I got the same message telling me that this issue needs my attention and they left a new number but didn't say the last digit. The number is, 1-866-697-498?.

I've been harassed for three months by these NAFS thugs they are phishing. I've called them a half dozen times and told them they have the wrong number and my name isn't Tony. Poor Tony! Well Daniel Lynch has left 17 prerecorded messages to date. I've filed a complaint with my states attorney generals office and each violation may cost them $1500.00.

They are exceeding rude threatening people who have a propensity for not listening.

Drop Dan a note in the mail or just give him a call a home he is usually not at his desk because he has lots of meetings. Remember you "NEED TO RESOLVE HIS ISSUES" He's going to turn 60 on his next birthday.

DANIEL LYNCH from National Action Financial Service (866) 265-5244 has harassed our family for the past three days. He left voice mails and asked me to call him back. When I did, a female from that phone told me that I owed more than $5000 credit card debt to a bank and now they bought the debt, I need to pay them back. I told her I didn’t owe a penny to any of the credit cards I have. She refused to tell me which bank sold the debt to them but kept asking me to give her my personal information.  I already filed a complain to our state AG office. I refused, of course.

Stated that was an attempt to collect a debt did not give any name or what debt trying to collect. Left name Daniel Lynch as contact name at 866-256-5244

Tried this with me! If you have any calls from this company after advising them not to call PLEASE contact your state attorney generals office and file a complaint. We cannot act without verified (and numerous) complaints. The state AG's compile these complaints and can work with the federal government  to prosecute if possible/levy fines.
