I keep getting a call from this number. It's a message that they are trying to reach me and it's important for me to call this number. I'm thinking if they want to talk to me, they should give me a hint such as what company is calling or what they want before expecting me to call them.

866-265-7685 Is linked to a very pushy and rude dept collection agency.

I keep getting calls form this company for a Jack or John Hamilton, I was called on a Saturday and Sunday and their offices are closed on the weekend. What kind of scam are they running

It is a debt collection agency. National Vantage I think - that's what it sounded like when I called back to have them remove my number from their system. Apparantly some guy named Alan Clarke in Martinburg or Hedgesville WV doesn't like to pay his bills! Well guess what 'Alan Clarke' I don't like taking your bad debt calls either!

This call said that it was a collection from Bon Ton. I have never heard of Bon Ton! Someone told me that Bon Ton Bought out Elder Beerman, so I asked the caller if this was a collection for Elder Beerman, they said no. Then I looked up Credit Harrassment on the internet, and a third party collection agency is not allowed to call daily. You can send a cease and desist letter to them if you can get their address, which is what brought me here, I was looking where to send the letter by doing a reverse lookup.

This is the number they used after they kept calling me from 2012103618 through an auto dialer, my machine picks up they play the 'we are sorry we could not be on the phone when you picked up, we apoligize for the delay' then someone answers the 'picked up' phone.  They typically say 'hello' into my machine over and over before hanging up, never say who they are or what they want.  The last few call the person would ask for the person they are trying to contact, not me, and said their name as if that person had answered the phone.

I just got the phone call about the 'urgent' matter and they left 8662657685 as a return number but the call didn't originate from that number. Again, they say nothing about who they are or what this is about.

In my case after months of the auto dialer getting my machine they have resorted to a live person to harass me in search of person 'x'.

They keep calling here too for someone who has never had our number. Vermin.

I constantly receive call from 210-210-3618, sometimes 2 to three times a day.  They have only left a one time and it was to call them back immediately at 866-26-7685.  I believe they do not leave a message because it would show that they have not called me more the one time.  This is basically harassment but they leave no proof.

This number is associated with the number 201-210-3618 to call 866-265-7685. It's a message that they are trying to reach me and it's important for me to call this number. This company call all hours of the day, everyday of the week, never telling you who or what they want, nor id themselves. I don't know if they are even calling the right number or person unless they tell me in there message who they are calling. If they are a collection agency as some have posted, they should know that they are breaking the law.

We have been getting a broken message that says "265-7685 again the number is 866-266-7685". This has been happening daily for the last three weeks. We have also been getting calls in the evening that begin with "it is urgent that we talk to you" at which point we hang up. Evidently they do not subscribe to the do not call list.

Same here. Message that it's very important, but not who they are or who they want to talk to, which is a problem because they are leaving the message on a shared line at my workplace...they could want any of 5 people who share this phone. Irritating.

They have sunk to a new low.  I just started getting the 201-210-3618 number and was getting a lot of calles from the 412-503-4002 number.  I complained to the PA Attorney General's Do Not Call List and they were told the person they want is not me.  

NOW the 866-265-7685 ext 5400 called my next door neighbor to get in touch with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will file another conplaint with the PA Attorney General.

I have been getting calls almost daily from a machine that tells me it is an urgent business matter that I call 866-265-7685. When I answer the phone, it is never a "live" person, just this recording. I refuse to call back anyone that will not reveal who they are and what they want. It is very ballsy to say the least that there is not a live person talking to you.

Received my usual call from 201-210-3618.  Aagressive young lady by the name of Angelina Koal left a message to call 1-866-265-7685.  I waited 15 minutes and call the referenced number.  I asked for Angelina and now spoke with an aggressive man who told me his name was Solomon Smith, I laughed and told him to give me his real name, he said he couldn't that Solomon is his professional name.  I told him that he was being recorded also and I didn't want to speak with a fake.   I called the same number later and this time got a fake Paul Nelson.  So if any one is getting calls from this number beware.

They have a new company name now.  They say it so fast that you can't understand.  They left a call back number of 1-866-265-7685.  I have tried blocking out both numbers but somehow their system overrides mine.

Called from 201-210-3610, Mary Williams, stated that we owed money from last year on a CC that we don not have, gave 866-265-7685 as a call back number

Received 3 calls from them in the last 4 days. One was "265-7685 again the number is 866-266-7685". The other 2 were "we are sorry we could not be on the phone when you picked up, we apoligize for the delay' then someone answers the 'picked up' phone.
