Yeah someone else answered the phone and I listened on the other end and it was Scotia Bank. I don't know what they want but I do know it was a Filipino lady.

I received a phone call from 1-866-267-9320 at 8:21 pm. The caller identified themselves as being from Scotia Bank as well-- don't know what they want, I said I could take a message but they said they will just call back.

Scotiabank offering some sort of Amex Card, told them no and they were polite about it and didn't try to push me, unlike when they call about life insurance or any other garbage.

This number has called and called me for the last 4 months I never answer numbers I don't know but I'm tired of this number calling me! So I answered it and it was a guy from Scotia Bank telling me that I have a great credit rating for the new American Express card that scotia bank is offering and they would give me a $6000 credit. I said I was NOT interested he said are you sure I said yes and please stop calling.
Well they didn't listen and are still calling my cell phone. I have talked to my cell phone company today and they have there number blocked :-)

You would think that a professional organization such as Scotia Bank would clearly display their name on the Caller ID or at least authorise the people that they contract out to use it. If the caller ID had said Scotia Bank, I may have answered. I don't pay each month for the service for it not to be used. This shifty hidden identity thing really grinds me.

    Alas, they are now blocked.

Didn't answer, came here first, I'm with Scotia so it was probably them. They call me a few times a year to nag me about some new thing even after I told them to take me off their call list. :/

Called me every day for the last 5 days in the middle of the day.  I keep my cell on Do Not Disturb while I'm at work, so I've never answered.  They never leave a message, and no caller id.  I tried calling Scotiabank since it was not a number listed on their website. A very nice man looked up my account and notes and said there was nothing there but it could very well be their sales team, which is only in during weekdays.  He suggested I call back then, and it was only after I hung up that I realized the last call came only a few hours ago (on a Saturday) so it seems unlikely it was the sales team after all if they only work weekdays.  I'm just going to block it. If it doesn't have anything to do with my existing accounts, I just care enough to go through the annoyance.

They have called me numerous times. I finally got annoyed and answered they said they are calling from scotia bank. They tried to sign me up for an American Express which I politely declined. I figured that would stop the calls but instead they starting calling twice a day now. This should not be allowed.
