    ???!!!
I've been getting calls from them but I didnt answer. I listened to the voicemail saying Consolidated was the company. Then I reversed looked the number after they called, no luck. I called the number back and it seemed as if someone just held the phone for me to speak. So I decided to google the number. THANKS!

The initial contact I received was on 3/16/2015 from someone named Jack Swanson at 954-271-2742, it was three phone calls in a row with a message left on the third call at 12:28Pm. The message on my cell phone said that he needed to verify my employer and address to process their claim against me and if I did not validate the information the law would allow him to contact my references. He then stated that I had the opportunity to keep this form going any further by contacting the office at 866-270-0805 claim #XXXX no company name or further identifying information. No indication if this was an attempt to collect a debt or what this call was. I did not respond to the call that day and the next day I received another call from Mr. Swanson this time stating he was contacting me regarding the same claim number and he was given a request to verify my whereabouts and employment information and as I had been given the opportunity to respond and at this point had chosen not to he felt it would be in my "best interest" at this point to contact "Consolidated" to discuss my claim further.
I contacted Consolidated and spoke with someone named Patrick Shorts. He first wanted me to verify my address and personal information before he would even tell me the name of the company and they type of company they are. I told him I was not going to give information when I did not even know who I was calling, he said I was calling Consolidated. When I asked what kind of company Consolidated was he then went back to attempting to verify my address. He read me an old address so I just said something like sure, I did not give an address to him. I could have been anyone on the phone.
He then told me he was calling regarding a payday loan I supposedly took out in 2010 or 2011, I was not really clear as to what dates he was saying because he said several very quickly. In any case as I had not taken out and defaulted on a payday loan I told him that this was incorrect. He then asked me if I had intended to default on the loan when I took it out, again I said I did not even have a loan so there was no default. I then asked for a mailing address to send a verification of debt request. He tried to confuse me saying that they send the verification, and I just asked for the address again. He said he could email me the information and rattled off an email address I have not used in 5 years and asked if it was valid, I told him I wanted the mailing address. He then said he did not know the address. I asked something like "you don't know the address of where you work". He said he did  not know it off the top of his head and would need to get it, I offered to hold. He came back on the line several minutes later and provided me the following address:

    Consolidated Collections
    4802 East Ray RD
    Phoenix AZ 85044
He then stated that since we had not resolved anything that investigation activity would continue. I hung up. I sent them the attached letter via certified mail. I did not include an address or phone number, I simply asked them to fax the information. I have not received anything from them. They received the letter on 3/24/15.
I got a call from 520-356-0573  today on my home and cell. My mother and husband also got calls on their cell phones from this and another number supposedly looking for me Also, my mother got a call from another number that starts with 205.
When I called back I got the voicemail telling me there are other callers. I left only the claim number they left on the message and no other information. 7 minutes later I got a call from 409-210-2345, the woman had an accent and said her name was Brittany White and said she was calling because there were "allegations" against me. She asked me to verify my address before she could tell me anything else. I told her I would not be verifying anything when I did not know what company I was talking to. She said fine they would serve me with papers using the social and address they had on file and hung up. My stepfather called back to the 409 number because they had also called my mother and  was told it was an arbitration service, the same number clearly tried to make me think they were a process server.
I don't know if this is all related. I consulted a lawyer and was told that if you are going to be served with papers in a lawsuit they do not call you like this first. It seems like a pretty elaborate scam. I reported it to the FBI in my area. I suggest everyone do the same

This company (Kim Parker a real BI) called me, I finally called back and spoke to some guy - He wanted to verify my information and I told him I was not giving him any information until he told me what this was in regards to he said he could not do that - so I told him he had my name and phone number from caller ID and that should be plenty of information to provide me details and he said no - so I hung up and not two days later I started receiving 10 to 20 calls and emails a day from companies telling me I was approved for the loan I applied for online and they just needed more information!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I reported
