    They call constantly and there is never anyone on the other end! It's my cell phone they are calling, and I no longer answer their calls but that does not help. Who is it???

      it's a company called sitel who does soliciting calls for companies such as rogers

      Hey I just got off the phone with rogers...I called their *611 line.

      The lady said my account had been tagged for special promotional offers, which is why I was getting these calls.

      If you call them and complain, they fill out a form for you to not receive the calls anymore.

      You can go to this site and fill out the job application and tell them what you think.
      If 100 people a day do this that will cost them time and money.

      At least they will have to waste their time reviewing it like they waste ours.
      They are a call center and harass people. If you try to find a number for them good luck. Low lifes at best.

            Why can we just not start billing them instead.  Issue them one warning and then starting sending invoices for $125 for administration/legal fees.

    I have received six calls from this number over 3 days -- morning and night -- on my cell. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize and the only message left was a hang-up.

        Wow, I googled this number and found so many ppl getting calls from it.  I think I picked it up the first time, and they said they were Rogers, but I was pretty rude.  Now they keep calling, and when I do pick up, they just hang up.  I don't get it.  If anyone finds out more about this number and how to make them stop calling, let us know.  Thanks.

            Got this call... same thing as described above... disconnected when I picked up.  I called back, got voice mail, and did as they said... left name and number requesting to be added to their do not call list.  Hope that worked.

              I just got a call from them less then 15 minutes ago (May 2nd, 2009)on my cell phone and it was a representative from Rogers Wireless calling from Montreal. She asked me how satisfied I was with Rogers and then told me that she can renew my contract with them right now for 36 months and received 100 day-time minutes for no additional cost. That's it.

                i have the exact problem. i called rogers and it wasn't on their directory list. i told them about this and you probably got scammed for your credit card number.
