The 8662753405 #! These worms stoled money from my checking account. The 8662753405 # was on my online statement.

I didn't receive a call, but these God forsaken worms have tried many times to take money out of my account. I know it is the same worms because they misspelled my name 5 times. These money-hungry-possessed-dogs have your bank account #, date of birth, and social security #. They normally do not withdraw money from you check card; instead, they print counterfeit checks or do direct withdraws from your bank account. When money is taken from your account by the dogs, you should immediately change your checking account. If your bank offers online banking, it is an advantage to you because you could check your bank account everyday and stop or depute the transaction while it is still pending.  Open more than one bank account. Use only one for your routine spending and do not put a lot of money in it unless you plan to make a big purchase. On the other bank account, eliminate using checks or using the bankcard unless withdrawing from the ATM – use this bank account only to keep money. I know what national origin these dogs come from, but I cannot tell you because I do not want to appear races. All I can tell you is that they do not have an American accent.

    Associated with the 8662753405 #.

The 8003924029 # calls me 4 times a day. When I pick up, there is a stupid recording. The guy on the recording sounds like Emeril after two cases of beer. A few of my friends get calls from this 800 # even though they are rich and do not have any debt. These dogs want your checking account # and check card #, do not give it to them. If you owe money, call the company you owe money to and ask them for the # of the collection agency they sent your paperwork to.

I just got charged $89.95 on my account as well by way of auto/counterfeit check. The name on the check was "Health Medical Network"; never got a call or anything, it just showed up on my account. Called Wells Fargo and they are freezing my account and opening up a new one. Now I just hope they credit me with the $245 it created in overdraft fees.

Any luck in dealing with these guys?

Discovered that "Health Medical Network" is a registered fictitious name for Florida, by Michel Poignant.  Seems as if Michel is a proclaimed "cyber crook".  Now I dont know how this asshat isnt in jail or booted from this country but its complete [***].  Also the HMN address is false.  Its in Florida 200 SW First Ave, Suite 820, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301

These people debited $49.95 out of my account on June 24th & then again today June 29th.  I don't know who these people are or how they got my bank info, address, and name.  I contacted my bank after the first one and they put in a claim and they took care of it for me by reversing the money back into my account.  Then soon as I got that one taken care of I noticed it again this morning. Thank God for online banking because I check my account everyday online for suspisious activity like this.  So today  had to call back and do another claim for the second one with the fraud department.  If you notice on the back of their fradulent check it says "Haynes Lotter DBA (doing business as) Health Medical Network".... Now what "lottery" place do you know offers health insurance under another name.  The lady at the bank said the same thing and that's how you know it's fraud.  Something realy needs to be done about these people.  People go to work everyday, trying to make a living, just to be scammed by someone.... WE GOT BILLS TO PAY!!!!!!
Then when you try to call them they NEVER answer the phone.

Same thing happened to me.  Check was for $89.95, made out to Health Medical Network, and dated Oct. 27, 2010.  I called the number on the check, 1-866-275-3405, and was immediately routed to an answer machine.  I left a message and haven't heard back.  In the meantime I have opened a fraud investigation with my bank and will get funds back in 30 days.

If anyone ever calls back I'll just ask them if they have any guess as to how long it will be before they go to prison and if they sleep well at night wondering what their new boyfriends in prison will be like.

I had the same thing to me from Health Medical Network for $49.95.  I called their number, 1-866-275-3405 and just got a hold music waiting for next available agent.  I checked this site and saw all the previous comments.  I immediately called my bank, Bank of America and they refunded the money right away and suggested I freeze my account and open a new one.  The check has my maiden name and an address that is similiar to my existing one but not 100% accurate.  It also has listed an old phone number that I haven't had for many, many years.  The back of the check has the following stamp.  Customer: Merchant Services 411 inc. with deposit to account# 0146975977, deposited by 273707027 mrugesh.

This is such a pain and I have no idea how they obtained my checking information.  Call your bank right away to resolve and close your account!  Don't delay as they will just try to debit again.

3 electronic checks/withdrawls from my checking account - 10/27/10, 12/24/10, 2/28/11. The last one was made out to Health Medical Benefits with the phone number of 1 (866) 391-5576. Called them and they agreed to a refund. Said she had no knowledge of Health Medical Network. The amount was the same-$89.95. Could not get through tom Health Medical Network - but I will! I also called my bank to place a fraud claim.

Okay these guys have been doing this for what 3 years now, and haven't gotten caught yet?  Yet if I'm late for a bill on a student loan, I start getting harassed immediately.  Fact the website is a dummy site, using stock photo photos and stock HTML layouts.  Fact the phone number goes directly to a voice mail which sounds surprisingly like a cellphone voice mail.  The fraudulent checks have routing numbers and info of whom these [***] sacks are, so I am not understanding as to why this has been going on for so long.

They have been scamming my mother-in-law for years. She died a year ago and guess what they are still hitting the account. We need to finish paying medical bills but the money is getting stolen. Why can't the Attorney General do something? They should freeze the account where the money is going.

We do not have anything to do with this business or story

The DBA registered by our company is Health Medical network and was never used and doesn't have any bank account or connection with any business as this was a project with a real medical network provided and never start

    BUT

Some one have registered a similar DBA with a S at the end, " Health Medical networkS" and use the confusion for doing a crap business

OK I was just hit by this company tring to take 49.95 out of my account. Thank God that First Place Bank does a routin check of unknown withdrawns for steady clients. They did not pay the withdraw and notified me right away. Needless to say they did not get their money and First Place Bank is doing a investagation. I am not big on companies checking on my personnal business but this time it sure did pay off for me.
The withdraw has a phone number of 888-537-9912 which goes to a answering company. I talked to the operator and she only sends e-mails to the (Health Med) company. I asked for their direct e-mail address and she would or could not give it to me. I am waiting for a call back from the (answering service supervisior) believe me I am not holding my breath for it.
But one thing is for sure I have family in the criminal field and they are investigating this as we all have read these complaints and I am sure there are thousands of other people that have not logged onto this web site or even know that they are being scammed right now as they are elderly and unable to keep track of their checking accounts.
There will be a end to this and someone will pay and pay dearly. Like some before me said I hope they like their new boyfriends in the federal prison.

I have checked into the situation and neither of the listed names have to do with the business that is being conducted.  The DBA registered is not the business in question.  The business in question is not being generated from the Florida entity listed here or Michel Poignant of Paymotech in South Florida.  I have called the 'real' Health Medical Benefits and they said any problem or dispute of charge is refunded timely.  It took some time to get through but I was assured their refund policy is being adhered to.  Patel and Poignant seem to be in question but not the right guys!
