Received call, stating 'your recent check order with checks unlimited has an unresolved matter...to resolve we need to speak with you immediately, please call toll free at once...'

I do not, nor have I ever, ordered checks (including from this company).  This is more than unwanted telemarketing, this is fraudulent and a scam.

Called the company @ 866 277-9547 .  Call was answered as 'customer service/.  When questioned 'what customer service are you?"...they advised there were 'customer service for checks unlimited'.  I advised I received an unsolicited call from their organization (which I do not do business with). Rep asked for name to look up account 'because [they] were concerned that there might be a problem because our company does not do outbound telemarketing'.
I advised rep that I do not give out personal information to unsolicited callers, but gave her the phone number their company had called.  She asked if I knew anyone named 'Meagan'...to which I advised I did not.  Rep advised was likely a wrong phone number entered by their customer online or by one of their reps.
I asked the rep if she could please verify if either of the financial institutions I use were in any way associated with this order.  Rep tried to look up the routing number info associated with the order, but could not.  I was placed on hold while she spoke with a 'tech'.  Rep advised routing info was given for a different FI and was entered by the user online, that they have noted that the phone number provided (my phone number) was incorrect, that they removed my number from the system, and would email their customer asking for a correct phone number.
Appears issue was likely do to a user error entering incorrect phone number.  Appears issue was quickly resolved

I received a voicemail today from 866-277-9547 and it said that there was an unresolved matter with a recent check order.  I did order checks but also received an email a couple of days later confirming that the checks had shipped.  I called the phone # and waited on hold for 5 minutes or so, when the gal answered she asked me for the order # or my account # and routing #.  I told her I did not have either one and she asked for my name and zip code.  She could not find my order by last name or zip code and said that she coudn't do anything until the checks shipped.  I tried to explain to her that I received an email stating that my checks had shipped.  There may or may not be something fishy here but she didn't seem to want to figure out my problem without my routing # and checking account #.

I also received a call from the number and let it go to voicemail. They stated the same thing that there was an inreaolved issues and I needed to call back. I ordered checks from them, but had gotten an email stating my checks had been mailed. I'm not calling them back, nor will I be ordering checks from them again.

Its from designer checks. If you ordered checks from them call them back. My card was declined is why they called me. Gave them a new card# and everything is fine.

Message from Checks Unlimited. Problem with expiration date on my card. Called them and got it straightened out.

Same, it was checks unlimited and there was an issue with my card. I gave them new information and they are finishing my order.

I received a call but it's most likely because when I received their invoice I mailed them a check and it was only yesterday.  I received my checks with no issues and have ordered from them previously.  No issues here!

Received two voice mails from this company.   I had previously ordered checks from them and have received my checks in the mail, yet they are leaving a message that there is an unresolved matter.   Not calling them back, not purchasing checks from this company again, something strange about this after reading others comments as well.

Be careful about ordering from them as if you forget you ordered before, they will charge you returning rate without notifying  the change before they ship.  You will pay triple amount.

Got a call.  They left no voicemail.  I called back after reading all of these comments and it was Checks Unlimited.  I did order checks from somewhere, but honestly not sure where.  They confirmed my last name and zip and then told me that the amount didn't go through for payment.  She told me the checks had already shipped.  I find it hard to believe that they ship goods without first confirming payment.  I ordered online and verified that I had the right card number, etc. like 6 times.  I know I did not make a mistake.  I told her that IF I receive my checks then I will follow-up.

Got call.  Told I had ordered checks from them before so was not eligible for the "first time buyer" discount.  My bill was now over $70 minus the $16 I paid.  Told them I would send checks back already received with error.  Still waiting for corrected checks.  I have no recollection of previous order in 2007.  Ten years ago, give me a break.   Bill was reduced to my owing $9.36.  Told this was caught by computer.  Told checks printed immediately.  Really, they don't check "by computer" before order processed.  What a scam!  I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Received a voicemail from them stating that's a corncern about my checks that I have ordered. I received my checks about 2 weeks ago and I am now just getting a phone call?

I ordered checks from "Checks Unlimited" and in the payment process I used the photo of my credit card option. It filled in all the info and the order went through.  Then days later I received a call stating there was a billing issue.  I told her that I was checking my credit card first to see if it was charged before I gave her my payment info. My card was not charged.  I don't know why there was an issue because nothing is wrong with my card, I use it often enough and it is not even close to the limit.  I'm not sure how a company stays in business by not confirming payment before an order is processed and shipped.  I will pay the amount because I don't want it going to a collection agency but I doubt I would use this company again.

I rec.a call concerning checks I ordered through Checks Unlimited and paid by pay pal..They requested I call back bec there was a problem. They requested my routing number and acct number and said pay pal declined payment,. they wanted to deduct the payment from my checking acct and I declined and told them that I would call pay pal and see what the problem was...I did and said it was declined not bec of pay pal or that anything was wrong with my card that it is something to do with the merchant, a defective machine or  a wrong number was entered because my card was fine...so I checked my email and noticed that i got a email from Checks Unlimited saying that my shipment was confirmed with a tracking number...will see if I get the checks.

Also received a voice mail from this phone number.  Customer Service answered, saying they were Checks Unlimited.  Told me my debit card, a Mastercard, had been declined, and wanted me to give them the account number again or arrange to have the money taken directly out of my checking account.  I refused to give them my debit card number or my checking account number, and asked them to send me an invoice through the mail.  After my refusing to give my numbers another time or two, the rep finally agreed to send an invoice through the mail.  I received my checks in the mail several days ago!  Why did they send them out if they'd not been paid for?  I did check my bank account, saw no money had been deducted from Checks Unlimited.  Nevertheless, there is something not right with all this, and I will probably not order from them again either.

866-277-9547 called and left voice mail.  They said there was an issue with my checks unlimited order.  I have ordered checks 7 days ago.  I had already received email saying the order has shipped. Package tracking number from email also showed the order was already in transit.  The email and the package tracking confirmed that this was a phishing call from criminals.

I received two calls from this number.  I ordered checks from here but my card was never charged hence never got deducted from my bank account. I received an email saying it was shipped before I got the call and voicemail saying something is wrong with my order. My card works fine , still brand new and have had no issues with it yet.  Sounds like a scam. Won’t be purchasing checks from here again.
