    It's Simpro Marketing. Another number they use is 866 516 8111. If you have a Sears credit card, chances are that's how they got your number. They're calling to advise you about new Sears product offers etc.etc.

    I have received several calls from this number. When I call it back they say they are Simpro Solutions, calling for Sears. They tell me that I can be "EXCLUDED FROM THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST" by pressing 1. I want to be EXCLUDED from their CALLS, not their DO NOT CALL LIST.

    I phoned Sears Canada 1-800-973-7579 and was advised that "Simpro Solutions" ph. # 866-278-0033 is hired by Sears for Telemarketing. I suggested that Sears is also responsible under the regulations for the "do not call" list. Sears agreed to advise Simpro to remove my number.

    Every time this number calls me, I answer and NO ONE IS THERE!  Apparently it's a marketing company for Sears.  Not impressed.  If you don't have enough people to take the calls they place, don't call so many numbers.

    1-800-973-7579 is a valid Sears Ca. #. Just spoke to the rep. She asked for my name & tel # to validate my Sears card credentials. She did not ask for my card #.((DID not, nor would I EVER give anyone a credit card #). If anyone EVER asks you for a card #...HANG UP !She was very polite and sympathetic(she gets tele/m calls also). Usually takes a month or so before you stop getting calls.Have been through this process before with Canadian Tire,(5-6 calls per week),but it ended within 4 or 5 days after I called them and asked for my # to be removed from their list.
