This number keeps showing up on my bank summary and withdrawing money from my account, I try to call and see what the number is but I keep getting a busy signal.

this number took money from my account. I never made a purchase using my debit card for the said amount, and all that comes up on my statement is a phone number.

i too had trouble figuring this out..but if you have ever given your bank account information to one of those "lose weight fast" scams, then come to find out they are out of stock...now they have your information and will take money out of your account!

I just called the number now and they said they would refund the 4.95 within 5-10 business days but.... we'll see!  The lady said that the site stated it would auto-enroll the individual in various programs and we were supposed to call and cancel subscriptions to various things.

I made a purchase from Acaiburn and thats how these people got my account number .... charged my account for $9.95 and $4.95 for some membership....another internet scam.  Best thing to do is go to your bank and fill out a form stating you did not authorize this company to withdraw from your account.  I'm going to stop ordering things on the internet, this is BS!!!

I also just found that I had a purchase taken directly out of my bank account for $4.95 that I did not authorize.  I tried calling but they were closed.  I will try tomorrow, but if I can't get through I will go to the bank and let them know.  Thanks for the tip!!

Got $4.95 taken from my checking account. I, too, ordered AccaiBurn.

I had the same thing happen to me when I ordered Acai Burn. I cancelled my acct with them but then discovered I was still getting charged for something totaling $4.95. I contacted Acai again and they told me that I had to contact some other company associated with them to cancel my acct.  Some B/S! Anyhow, canceled that and now SHOULD NOT be receiving anymore surprise charges!  I would recommend calling your credit card company to report your card lost or stolen so that you get a different acct number and companies that have your old credit card info can't charge you anymore.

I got tangled up in this from buying the acaiburn thing...all of a sudden I'm getting charges for $1.00 and $4.95 and $9.95...I called 866.279.6513 this morning and told her to cancel this, she said I couldn't get a refund. I persisted, kindly, and asked again..and she finally said she would refund my $4.95! I then asked for her name and employee ID# and she refused, so I asked for a supervisor. Supervisor said yes, she can give you that info. The girl then gave me the info. Should be interesting to see how this goes. Lesson here, IF you find yourself in this bind, persist, kindly, after they say you agreed to it already and there's nothing they can do, just persist and say "I did not authorize this, I really need a refund, you can't keep doing this...etc..." and see if they conceed. Worked for me.

Did it to me also, this outfit needs to be put out of business and fast, I am reporting it to the FBI web fraud division, and I would ask everyone who they did this to to also file a complaint.
First, $59.95 for a FREE sample, then $4.95 per month even after they werre told to cancell and stop and desist. I still haven't got the $59.95 back yet.

Yeah me too, I am so tired of these companies saying well you agreed to it when you submitted your order. Total BS....

I called the number for the 4.95 charge and found out it was a subscription for something else.  I canceled that and also asked for a refund.  She said it was nonrefundable but I persisted and she says it will be refunded in 5-10 business days.  If not she told me to call back.

they have deducted 204.74 this Jan09... why now .. we are struggling and this people with no moral do this ... please somebody help

All of a sudden a $.95 showed up on my wife credit card.
Yes, they're still continuing this process. It seems to be Aciburn and some auto subsciption service for $4.95.

I got this bill on my credit card from the same number which says web access from Iowa on 01/23 in the amount of $4.95.  I don't know where this comes from.  It says posted 01/23 Transaction on 01/22

I sent mine back and they told me they never got it. So I had to pay to ship my free sample here and back and I was still charged the 59.95. They keep telling me they will refund me when they get my package, but I mailed it on Jan 26th! What should I do?

Called the 2 numbers that showed up on my visa and cancelled. One of the companies will credit back to my visa and cancell any further charges. The other cannot reimburse me but did cancell. Note when you order on line under Terms and Conditions you give them permission to give your visa out to other companies for memberships. I cancelled 2 today and have to keep an eye on one more. Lesson learned.

I found that for several months....i called them and it was for secret insiders.when order somthing and use your card....these little things come attached with it.....

this is the number that appears on my bank statement.sofar they have charged me £86.68 when the only payment they wanted was $2.95 for postage.they have charged me for web access,membership fees ect?? which i did not ask for.when i went online to ask for a refund as the product does not work it was so complicated i asked them to just cancel everything.she said i wont have any further charges but suprise suprise i have been charged again...any information PLEASE of how i can stop them from taking any more of my money.
