called 3 times over a week. collection agency looking for someone other than me. crystal was the last woman's name. she was quite rude and argumentative. said she was with LTD INC....how vague is that?

Collection agency calls constantly looking for my ex and will not accept I do not know and better off not knowing how to find him. They love to call at supper time and late at night.

Calls with an attitude. I told her the person does not live here anymore and she keeps asking if i have another number to reach the person at. She really didn't understand the word NO. I had to hang up on her. She also asks for the persons cell phone. I thought they could not ask family members questions like that. And you know what if someone didn't pay a bill and it was collected then chances are they do not plan on paying it so stop calling.

Yeah. I had a dispute with Bank of America and this is the number their collection agency calls from. I've been getting multiple calls a day. They leave a message most times, usually with a different number to call back to...

Over the weekend, our ENTIRE business mailbox was filled up completely (99 is the limit) - none of our customers were able to leave messages.  They have called many times this morning also.  I called and spoke with a lady, gave her all four of our numbers plus our toll free number, and she told me they were calling us!  I'm calling now to speak with the manager, but I'm getting very very annoyed and frustrated!

This collection company LTD keeps on calling my number for no reason. They are a bunch of skum bags that need to get a life. They need to get a real job. Sorry dirt bags

This collection agency called my phone about 5-10 times a day, left no messages. I finally called them back to tell them to stop calling me after (about 2 weeks of this). I had 4 "operators" hang up on me one right after the other after I told them that they need to stop calling me. Finally, the fifth call to them..the "operator" took my number and said they would remove me from thier "list".  They called my phone about an hour later AGAIN. What can we do??

Some one calls but we can't understand them and they say we have a breach contract which I all ready know this. and they keep using my wife name and she has nothing to do with this.

they are looking for someone close to your name and blackmail.

LTD continues to call after they received a cease and desist letter demanding them to stop calling and place in WRITING the reason for their harassing calls. They spoof calls and their name is always "Unavailable" or "TOLL FREE CALL." I have the green card for the C/D letter - they received the letter 12/30/10. I have filed complaints with the FTC - they are still calling. I hope they continue because I will be contacting my attorney (yes, I have an attorney) and collecting for every call.

LTD Financial called today and asked me to return thier call.  They provided a referance Number for me to reference.  They only call once a day and I can't seem to find the time to call them back.  I am too busy typing comments about them on this site!

Just letting this rude bill collector know I have read this forum and will not answer calls from a rude company. So any hope of collecting the bill is lost because you employ rude cretins.
