Missed call and no message.

This is a debt collector ER Solutions, probably working for some 3rd party junk debt collector.

Missed call, no message, altho I've gotten calls from a WA local number from ER solutions before, so possibly the same company since someone else mentioned it first?

Good grief, if you're going to go to the trouble to dial my number the least you can do is TALK.  I keep getting these calls and when I'm unable to answer my phone there is No Message, Nothing.

They call everyday several times a day. Very frustrating.

These lowlifes blow up my phone multiple times a day.

These people will call up to 10 times a day almost back to back.  You would think they would get the idea that I am not answering no matter how many times they call.  At what point does it become harrassment????

This is beyond harassment. The following is a detailed list of how often they have called over an approx 2 week period and from 2 different numbers:

All of these call are being made to my cell phone which is on the Do Not Call list both with the State of Florida and the Federal Government. I truly believe this is an unnecessary amount of calls especially the same day calls over and over. I am now looking into alerting my state attorney general. I have heard of cases where the harassing company, even if trying to collect a valid debt has had to pay for making so many phone calls. After what I have read on the Internet about this company, it seems the debts they are trying to collect in most cases are fraudulent. I refuse to change my number because of their unlawful activity. I have even tried to have their number blocked through my carrier to no avail. Be very wary if you start getting calls from this company, as you can tell by my account, they will progressively get worse and more frequent.

I got a letter from ERSolutions Inc.saying that my wife owes 176.40.  We always pay all our bills, this is so rediculous... I want to call them and chew their @$$ out... I can't wait until Monday to do it!

If they're calling you like that then go file a complaint with the FCC (and complaints can be made regardless to whether your number is on the DNC registry or not...what matters is whether they followed the law or not). That will wrack up some serious fines for them.

this number calls my phone daily or twice daily now - i have never gotten a person on the other end when i pick up and they don't leave messages. this just seems like pointless harassment.

They will call with all kinds of threats with constables etc. Do not give any info as this is just a scam to get that info and use it for God knows what.

I've gotten at least 5 calls from 866-291-6364 and the person on the other end of the line identifies her self as someone from LV funding. They then proceed to ask me for the last four of my SSN. Each time I've told the caller that I'm not comfortable giving out that info over the phone unless they identify who or what company they are representing. Every time their response is to NOT tell me who they are and then say they must have the wrong number. I'm not even sure how they got this number ti begin with "cause I've only had the phone for 2 months and I've never had the phone number that I now have.
It sounds like a scam to me but they can keep on calling 'till I get bored with it and then it's a call to the Attorney General"s Office.
Make sure you document all the times and dates that they call Because the AG's office will probably need that info.

called me at 9:25 AM on 11/04/2011. left no message.

I have receieved calls made fromt his number several times a day for the last 2-3 weeks.  I called back and they asked for my social and other information to evrify my address which I refused to give them without additional information.  The caller hung up.  I called back six times and each time I was disconnecetd to no avail and nocommunication has been made.  I refuse to provide personal information without identifying informtaion fromthe intended caller.

They called me several times. When I answer, thery put me on hold. Normaly I hang up, but this time I decided to wait. When someone came on, she said "Let's verify by giving me the last four of your social" I said "Let's verify by telling me what this is all about" She responded "Have a nice day" and hung up- lol

They have been calling my cell phone number several times per day for at least 6-8 weeks, they don't leave messages. so rude, unproffesional and not very effective.

They called me today at 2:00 pm and when I pushed 1 to say that
I am the person they are trying to reach they disconnected me .  Hopefully they will not ever call me again!  I feel sorry for all the ppl who are getting called numerous times daily, you should all report this to your Attorney Generals office, they are suppose to be up on teh latest scams!

7 times in the last hour?!?!?! this is crazy, who do i call?this is total bs!

I have continued to receive calls from this number for a Carol Reed who is not me nor do I know one. I have contacted the company to tell them and they basically say "thank you" and hang up without me giving a phone number or name and the next day another call comes in. How do I get my number off their calling list?
