I just got a call from this number...No message left.

keep getting calls i ask who it is and dead air

Then why bother answering?

I have been plagued by calls from this number for two weeks now. If you answer on the first ring you get hung up on - but if you answer on any ring after the first all you get is  dial tone! I decided to call it back to request them to stop calling me, and this is what I got:

No ringing, just an immediate holding tone.
Got a message stating they were busy please hold.
Got it again.
Got it again.
GOT HUNG UP ON!

WTF!?

I'm reporting it to the FTC.

It's a collections agency. Not sure why the dead air when I answer.

This number has been calling me for days.  If it's a debt collector...I owe no one!  When I answer no one is there.  It's difficult for me to get to my phone!  Flipping mad!

They called several times and always hang up

i called back twice and got a answering machine the second time the calls are very annoying

I have been getting at least one to two calls a day from this number

I've recently looked back thru caller ID logs and found that I received calls from 866-291-6365 a lot in the past week. 8/3/13 at 1:34; 8/2/13 at 12:01; 8/1/13 at 7:19; 8/1/13 at 11:10; 7/31/13 at 5:48; 7/31/13 at 11:46; 7/30/13 at 6:13; 7/30/13 at 12:09; 7/29/13 at 3:12; 7/29/13 at 10:55;  No message has been left. I am listed on Pennsylvania and federal no call lists.  I hope the jerk that is responsible for the calls lands in jail for the rest of his/her life.

They have been harrassing my Mom's cell phone so I decided to call the number back. At first you get a recording, but after putting in the phone number you get the calls on, you get a live person. The gal I
spoke with told me they were looking for a Brian, I told her my Mom's name isn't Brian. Then she asked
if any Brian lifed in the household, which I said no to, nor do we know any Brian's either. She thanked me then hung up. Ok, so when a normal person calls a home or business, don't they just ask for whom they
are looking for? In most cases, I say yes. Then when they find out they called the wrong number, don't
they stop calling, again I say yes. So it's a wonder why we think these people are frauds, I hope they will
stop calling, but I won't hold my breathe.

I get 1 to 2 calls a day on my business cell phone.  Robo call since they leave no message.  Very annoying since I have to check to see who is calling. Plus these people are tying-up bandwidth.

For a $5 fee from your phone company, you can activate a call blocking feature that prevents this dickless teenager from calling you.  I did this once and removed the feature after one month (to stop paying the extra $5).  I discovered that these auto-dialing systems remove your number after it is blocked.  So now I have this new number calling, and I just activated it again.  So far it has cost me $10 this year (instead of $5 x 12 months) and although it's a pain in principle, I've freed up my phone number from the system so that they have more time to call you. :)

Got a call from 866-291-6365 the recording ask for me then all I hard was recorded music and a recording saying someone will be with me soon, well soon never came I hug up after the second round of music. If you call me then you need to talk to me not play music for me.

This number has been calling my home phone at least once a day, normally right around 5 or 6pm for weeks. Per my usual routine with unknown calls, I checked this website to verify who it was. Since there was no positive information, I finally gave in an answered the call today. Turns out the caller is a debt collector that was, in my instance at least, working for Verizon Wireless. She would not give me the name of her company or her name.
