- Doug| 16 repliesReceived a letter from 'Haskins Sawyer' with that number printed on it. I tried to trace the call but no luck. I would really like to rid this world of scammers. Thanks!
- Sam| 1 replyReceived a letter, hand addressed (poor penmanship, too), in today's mail inviting me to call that number to receive an award. Ho, ho, ho! Claims to have tried several times to contact me??? Reference company on letterhead of "Haskins Sawyer" does not surface on Google. So, don't fall for it.
- hrw replies to SamI too have received this same letter. It was addressed to me in writing (not print) and it had no return address on it.
- PJ| 1 replyReceived my letter today. I will not bother calling.
- Dave in Pendleton replies to Doug| 2 repliesGot my letter today also. He must have a lot of tickets to give away. Didn't try number - obvious scam.
- J & SWe got the same letter and phone number. Was glad to hear I was not the only one that was not going to respond to this quirk!!! Our confirmation #2604 was the same. Mark Simms might as well called himself president of the Travel Awards Division rather than vice president.
- Caller: Haskins Sawyer/Mark Simms
- Bill in Pendleton replies to Dave in Pendleton| 1 replyDave, got mine today (Tuesday the 10th), stamp not cancelled, confirmation #2604, signed by Mr. Sims saying they have tried to get in touch with me several times (right!)and to call him right away. Didn't try the number either.
Will keep my eyes open for people stuffing mailboxes at US Postal delivery time.
Cool logo, though. - Mike| 1 replyJust received the same letter.... Mark Sims the VP of the "Travel Awards Divison" informed me that I had won 2 tickets with a vale of up to $1,400.00. I need to respond by Nov. 20th so I can receive my prize. Mark Sims would like for me to call if I choose to decline the award so some other poor soul can get scammed. His number is: 866-292-0774 & my confirmation is: 2604.
I am going to give this letter to my local law enforcement agency so they can look into this matter. It would be funny if they called and Mark Sims ended up pulling this scam on the police Dept. LOL.....- Caller: Haskins Sawyer- Mark Sims VP
- Dave replies to Bill in PendletonGot mine today as well conf # 2604 bad writing on the outside of letter definite scam!!
- Pasco guy replies to MikeI just got one too. West Pasco, WA

- Jerrie-Richland WAI received this letter today and also thought is was peculiar due to the lack of postal stamp and return address, mine repeats the information provided by everyone else including the identical confirmation number. I did not receive a phone call.
- DW| 1 replySame as all above. The main difference is that I am in Prosser rather than Tri-Cities. I will alert local PD to be on the lookout for someone stuffing mail boxes as well.
- stephen replies to DWI made the call and it was for a travel agency in Pasco asking that you sit in a 90 minute pitch for their business. You had to meet certain criteria such as income and age bracket. I got an appointment for this tuesday and will drive by the business address to verify the validity of the offer.
- Lori replies to Doug| 1 replyGot one too - I'm in Pendleton, OR - same exact names and info.
- Kennewick RyanI recieved the same scam letter, but I was planning to call to see exactly what the scam was. Stephen, lets us know.
- Wally replies to DougReceived a letter today, same one as everyone, signed Mark Sims, Travel Awards Division. Hand written address on the envelope...super creepy scammy.
- Billy in Kennewick| 1 replyI also just received the same letter today,,,,Mark Sims the VP of the "Travel Awards Divison" informed me that I had won 2 tickets with a value of up to $1,400.00. into the shredder with the rest! - JimI received the same letter, all details exactly as others have described. The most notable thing to me is the stamp - which appears to be fake and uncancelled. This says to me it was placed in my mailbox by someone other than a postal carrier, which is a federal offense. I filed a complaint with the USPS Postal Inspectors, and I encourage anyone else who has receieved this phoney stuff to do the same.
- stay out of my mail box Pasco Nov.12 replies to Billy in KennewickExact same info on my letter- makes me sick to my stomach!
Should contact the media, they can probably do more good than
the police.
