I received a call from the number 866-296-7955 on the evening of 11-8-07 at 6:47 p.m. and when I answered it there was no one there.

This is a 3rd party debt collection agency

FMS Services of Schaumburg, IL. One of a range of nearby 866 numbers. This number appears to be dedicated to Trak America, as after hours it is forwarded to them.

I called them back and they are NOT a collection agency!  They helped me with my student loan by working with the lender to give me a 6 month forbearance to get back on my feet.  If I didn't call them back my student loan would have gone into default since I didn't know what to do.  It's nice to have somebody on my side to help me trough these tough times.

I-3 is with the company FMS but they are NOT debt collectors!!!!. They are just a separte department there but do nothing with collectinhg of debts. quiet the opposite really. I was very close to defaulting on my federal loans because sallie mae sold off half of them without telling me where they went. The reps at i3 that I spoke with helped me understand my loans and the rights I have concerning them and went above and beyond to ensure that I didnt end up with a collections agency. If you took out federal loans with Keiser University you should give them a call. They are VERY helpful.

yes i went to Keiser  University for Medical Assisting.  just waiting for a job and going to take the AAMA test.  i do not answer no phone calls  until someone leaves a message to call them back.

I am a current  University of Phoenix student. Over the last few weeks I started getting calls at my new phone number that I recently advised University of Phoenix about.

The recording sounded like a person in some parts and others like an edited-in machine voice.

These calls are like aggressive deceptive collector calls. The calls are several a day, from both 800 & 480#, as early as 6-7am to 947pm all week long, everyday (M-Su). I decided to take the call today and after a significant amount of my time and saying a few times "hello"... the person announced herself by saying "Hi Renee"... When asked who she was she said she was Karen. That was it. I told her I did not know who she was and that was when she referenced calling in conjunction to the University of Phoenix. I told her I did not provider her with my number, did not want the calls, did not appreciate all the calls and the unprofessional garbled collector like voicemails, etc. As I told her to stop calling me and was hanging up I head her say... " before you go, you need to know..." or something close to that as if I need to be concerned.

I called my University of Phoenix financial advisor and she knew nothing about them.

This company portrays COLLECTOR BEHAVIORS... not to mention disorganized and unprofessional, etc!

I got call from this number but didn't answer I dono having any out standing school loans mine are paid up. So I'd be careful with this one. And I never went to phoenix.

They keep calling me  and leave voicemails but never say who they are

They call me 5-6 times per week

I just called this # back and grateful I did. The call was about my student loans and the person a talked to was very helpful. I also was close to defaulting my loan and now all is taken care of.

clearly a message from the company. I dont have a student loan. Never did! But I get these calls! Do Not call doesnt stop them

These folks are calling to help with your federal student loans. They called behalf of the university that I attaned.
They helped me in placing me in forbearance while I go back to school they connected me with Navient whom I owe students loans to.

Stop call I will never answer unless you leave your name on my voicemail

I'm sorry, no one at 800notes is calling you. 800notes is not a call blocking service.

Consider investing in a call blocker and don't answer calls you do not recognize.

Message indicating they were calling for someone with the same last name as mine. That person does not live here and never has. Said they were calling concerning that persons Kyser University student loan.

They have called and emailed me.  I went to Keiser, have student loans and don't require any assistance.  My problem is that they have called everyone in my entire family in efforts to speak with me.  Not acceptable!!  They have my phone number, email address and mailing address.  Contacting my family members is tantamount to harassment!
