leaves no message but calls frequently

Call 888-440-6342 to opt out of calls I did this and never recieved another marketing call from Sirius.

the caller id was 866-301-7344

The call buggs a H** of the us, because they do not answer and keep calling.What madning is that our # is on nocall list.

By the way, I am also on the Do-Not-Call List, but that doesn't apply to a business that has an established relationship with you. So if you ever had a purchase or application to Sirius, it can call you for 18 months after the last purchase/payment or 3 months after last inquiry/application, or with written permission (probably the tiny details).

But, once you tell them to stop, they MUST stop, even if you are not on the Do-Not-Call List.

Calls often, at all hours and even on weekends:
5:47 p.m., 6:51 p.m., 9:08 a.m, 9:38 a.m.

called this afternoon, no message. Called again this evening and left a voicemail of them hanging up

every morning I would recieve a phone call from this #866-301-7344 no messeges lft on answering machine this been going on for months

I thought the opt out number would work, but it didn't. Just a few days later, the calls began again. :(  Are telemarketers allowed to call cell numbers, & call on the weekends???

They probably don't know it is your cell phone.  Accept their call and tell them you forbid them to call your number anymore.  They must comply or you can report them to the FCC.  Be sure to make it plain you will report them. The calls will stop.

It's not actually Sirius, but Dial America calling on behalf of Sirius.  Dial America is one of the most persistent telemarketers out there.  I have told them repeatedly to stop calling.  They will stop a week, then start up again.  Let's send Sirius a message.  We won't tolerate this harassment, and no matter whether we like this product or not, we will not pay a company that treats people like this.

Not sure how long it takes for the optout number to update in there system but its been 2 weeks and they still call me daily.

I canceled my Sirius account in October and they have been calling me ever since. They call almost every day at various times.

That opt out # was awesome. Wish I would of had it two months ago!

i have cancelled sevice as 12/31/08 and do not wish to renew, i have asked not to be bothered and they keep bothering me

I continue to receive calls from this number even though I have called the opt out number over and over again.

They had my (cell) number from before it was MY cell number.
I told them to stop calling it.
And then I called the 888 number and opted out as well.
