They offered me money on prepaid credit cards for a fee of $4.95 shipping & handling. I checked the number and didn't agree with the fact that they are sending me money for nothing.

What's one of the first rules of a scam? NEVER pay money to get money. It's a scam every time. They'll want credit card information for your 'handling', and you will be.

Offered $100 gift card for retailers: Home Depot, Target, Walmart, Staples, etc $25 AMEX gift card $40 gas card BUT, you must pay $4.95 shipping & handling, then supposedly receive in a week. They don't accept COD. Never, EVER give your credit or debit card number! Then they suggested purchase pre-paid card for $5 & call back for offer. NOT! If it's too good to be true, well......... $5 X 500,000 victims = $2,500,000 not a bad take for a criminal. Beware people!

This morning I received a call from a company "Caller Solution Management" Brandon (representative) said they had three gift certificates because I had recently shopped at stores such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy etc, said I was only to be charged for shipping cost ONLY of $4 plus dollars, asked a second time because it was too good to be true, and again verified the information. I was dumb enough to give them my debit card. Once I gave them all my information, they said they would just transfer me to a verification team member to make sure he took the information correctly. Here we go, this lady representative, gets on the line, (wish I would have taken her name) she started by saying that I will get my reward despite my decision if I wanted to join their health program, despite whether I had health insurance or not and there was no obligation. Once, she started to read the terms, which was a charge of $3 plus dollars, plus enrolling me in the program and if I wasn't satisfied I would have to call to cancel or they will start charging me $39.99 per month. When I said thank you but I'm not interested, she started raising her voice, saying "you are not understanding me in regards to the program", I said I understand very well and I am not interested, because the initial phone call that I received said I would only be obligated to pay for the shipping of the gift cards, they tried to sucker me into this program and gave false information from the beginning. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, to confirm that my credit card information has been removed for peace of mind, she had the nerve to tell me she had cleared all my info and that she was going to press the hang up button on me. She went from one state of behavior to the extreme, actually getting upset with me because I didn't allow them to take advantage of me. The supervisor Chris was even more surprising rude, saying that I kept his representative on the phone for 20 minutes not understanding what she was saying, THEY CALLED ME, with their BS Story about giving me free gift certificates and instead trying to trap me into enrolling in a program for another fee. The supervisor and their entire staff are unprofessional and rude, I'm disappointed that Walmart, Target and Best Buy will ever partner up with Companies like these; all they are doing is upsetting your loyal customers. Lesson learned, beware people.

Ingrid, you won't like this, but this is a well known & reported item on 800notes. Walmart, Target, etc. have nothing to do with this. This is done to get your personal & financial information. I would SERIOUSLY suggest you call your bank & credit card provider & tell them what happened. They'll be sadly familiar with the story. Have them keep a watch on your cards & account.

@CSM SALES REP.    csm, also know as ipro(x) premium rewards, are nothing but thieves. even if they were legit, they still break every telemarketing law in the U.S. At least they use a legit phone number, so please report them, and the government will act! The do not call list will not stop other telemarketers who use spoofed phone numbers because they can't find them.
the government can and will stop this company if we all work together and report them to the state and federal do not call lists!
CSM SALES REP, YALL DUMB, and yall goin down!!!!! Please report this company everyone!@CSM SALES REP
