- Amber| 8 repliesI believe this number is for a company that sells ink cartridges for fax machines, photocopiers, and printers.
- GS replies to Amber| 6 repliesIt would appear they sell poorly repackaged parts, invoice without part numbers, bill outrageous prices. Smells like a scam to me.
- cb replies to GS| 4 repliesReceived an invoice for 434.97 for a toner. We received the toner but no one order it. We have a contract with our supplier we purchased the photo copier from that they supply the toner for free, therefore no one in our office would order it. It is definately a scam. How they get you is, they ask the person who answers the phone what the correct mailing address is and that they are sending us a toner. The person who answers the phone gives the address asuming someone else ordered it. It is very similar to an advertising scam, in fact I think it is the same listing because our companies name was spelled wrong on both. We did not pay for the advertising and the toner will be returned!
- km| 3 repliesAlso sent us toner without authorization. Am currently trying to return it.
We did not order from them, they cold called, asked for our address and sent toner without anyone from here ordering it.
They also charged twice what our regular supplier charges.- Caller: RESEAU DE RECYCLAGE LASER

- Jim replies to km| 1 replyThey got the name of someone in our company and sent us a toner for a xerox machine we don't even have. They sent an invoice for a crazy amount and have called us and left messages about the past due invoice. When I've called them they never answer or return my call. About that time to report to the BBB.

Phone Toner Scam: The scam artist poses as a warehouse representative or vendor and makes contact with a targeted company. He will say "This is (first name), I need the model number off your copier". If the person who answers gives this info, the scammers will try to set up a shipment of toner. Of course, the deal is so good that the offer is based on a limited supply or limited time, pressuring the employee to act fast and get their money's worth. Upon delivery, both the employee and the company are usually in for a big surprise. The price of the invoiced toner is 2-3 times higher than expected, and the scam artist threatens with legal fines if the company fails to pay.
As I had read this information back in NOV 08, when this scam called my office I knew it was a scam and they never got far! - CS| 3 repliesThis has just happened in my company. They sent a toner without authorization. I am trying to return and of course no one calls us back
- BG replies to cb| 3 repliesThis is exactly what happened to us - "used" toner cartridge delivered followed by invoice which we won't pay.
We have received two more invoices and two phone calls demanding payment.
How do I get rid of this person? - GFInvoice states:

(866) 303-8803 - Dms| 1 replyWe did not receive any product at all - just an invoice for some kind of toner we would never have ordered or required. Same address as above and same price - 434.67!! Tried to get the name of someone at the store an has phoned attempting to get payment. Definitely a scam. Beware.

- JF replies to DmsWe have just been sent a cartridge from this "company" too. We have not yet received an invoice though. The cartridge was addressed to me, even though I have never heard of them nor talked to them. Have they been reported to the BBB or the police for fraud? We've been targeted by them in the past in a similar fashion. They call and ask who receives the products for your company and what model of printer you have.
The phone number on our shipment was 1-866-295-7680. Beware of these guys. The name on the box was Laser Recyling Network from 1104 Rue Moffat, Montreal, Quebec, H4H 1Y9. In French the name is Reseau De Recyclage Laser. When you call the toll-free # you get an answering machine. Make sure when you call to return this unwanted product you specify that they must prepay the shipping. Otherwise, part of the scam is that they want you to send it to them and have you pay for shipping. Either that, or just throw the cartridge in the garbage and contact them.
When they contacted us, we gave them the invoice number and as soon as we did, they hung up on us. We were called a while later by someone else who claimed to have talked to me, which he hadn't, and said for us to send it back to them, but we'd have to pay the shipping. Our accountants pulled up emails from 4 years ago when they tried to scam us into paying for these cartridges.
Also, I Googled the address and it came up inbetween two houses. There is no 1104 Rue Moffat in Montreal. There is a 1102 and 1106. Here is the link from Google Maps - http://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=en&source=hp&q= ... ved=0CA8Q8gEwAA
Beware. - another replies to CS| 1 replysame thing happened to our company. 866-303-8803 - Vickie| 11 repliesWe had the same thing happen to us, they insisted that they get this cartridge to us as there supply is running out. I had no idea that this was a scam and i was the one that answered the phone. How do we send this back to them and not be charged?? There was no price on the packing slip and i dont know if we will get a bill for this in the future.

- KF replies to Vickie| 9 repliesI've been dealing with this company for the past couple of months and never had a problem. Their prices are reasonable, 100$ for one toner is reasonable! You receive an invoice of 400$ because there are four toners in the box, not just one. And yes, you are lying when you say they ship it without talking to you, because they ALWAYS have two different people calling to confirm the order before shipping.
I don't know why you think this is a scam. - Jody| 1 replyThis is definately a SCAM! Someone also sent me a package with apparently 3 toners inside. The box was clearly too small to contain 3 toners. We then received an invoice for the amount of 434.67. I called back the toll free number and also got the voicemail saying all their sales rep were currently "busy". Each time I left a message I would receive a call back from a man named Daniel. I sent the package back via FedEx and he called me back saying they did not recieve the package. When I tracked the FedEx package it said that it was delievered to a residence. He later confirmed the package was received. Suprise surprise... I am now left with a $51.48 FedEx charge that I am trying to have them pay me back for. What a waste of my time!
- JackieWe just had the same experience this is a scam. First I contacted the Better Business Bureau who filed my complaint but also directed me to call phone busters at 1-888-495-8501. Phone Buster really helped and directed me to send a letter revoking the goods and not to make any payment. This company will threaten to take legal action, as directed by phone busters please do not make payment instead contact Phone Busters and file a complaint.
- Mokko replies to BGThat happened to me too!
I just received another one from them and I really don't want it. I'm calling them back and telling them to stop calling and sending us their overpriced crap.
Seriously, $300 for a cartridge I can get from Staples for 1/3 the price. Not cool. - KM replies to KFSounds like you are the culprit behind this scam! Stop trying to make yourself look better posing as client of the company.
- Mokko replies to KFI seriously doubt that. You sound like one of the scam artists in on this because you are the only person defending them in a sea of people who have been abused by them.

They called and asked the receptionist for the model number of our fax machine. Next we received a box with a toner cartridge that we never ordered. The cost of this toner is $8.59 on-line at ohter sources. This company sent us two (2) invoices for the toner for $434.67 each for a total of $869.34. That equals 100 times the value of the toner. This is an especially ugly scam and the RCMP should arrest those involved.
