to call back and use the case number 79781

Called and gave some garbled name...Richard somebody? with MTW Corp claimed that they had been trying to contact me and to use a case# like above, and "must call back today"  Sounds like an effort to get personal information to me.  Claimed to have sent me something in the mail too, but I never got anything.  I know that it is not a legitimate collection agency because I don't owe anyone anything that is not 100% on time and current, plus I just checked my credit 1 month ago with nothing like this so I don't think it was identity theft either that cause a collection...just an effort to get info I am sure

i received the same phone call from the same phone number and the person on the other end left a message (couldn't get the name because it was garbled at the beginning of the message) stating that they sent me information through the mail and they have a case number. even the name of the company was garbled (don't know if the first letter was an m or an n). however, i will investigate this call and will be recording the date and time(s) of any more phone calls from that phone number. and then the attorney general will be hearing from me.

I just got the same phone call and the weird thing was when I called back to let then know that I was the wrong person they were calling the lady told me that it was that this person it was calling form my phone from months and I don't even know the person that they are calling... Case # 104214....

its a dam collection agency ,they where looking for the people i bought my house from over 3 years ago, they look up the last known address and start harrasing the people that live in that house

Automated message called and gave the name John Parker with MTW Corp (?) They claimed that they had been unsuccessfully trying to call and mail me.  Said it was urgent and I "must call back today" regrading case# 103413.  
I don't believe I owe anyone anything that is not 100% on time and current....I will now check my credit.

The guy I talk to was B. Graham, told me his client (a collection agency) hire his company to serve a penalty civil suit to someone that use to live at my house; gave me the same number w/ ext. 409 and a case # to give to the person if I ever see him again.  Its been over 5+ years since that person live at my house so this kind of makes me think if this is a legit thing that they are doing or not.

The accounts they collect on come from one of the most notorious debt collectors in America.

They claim to be collecting for RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, LLC out of WILLIAMSVILLE, NY.

Current/former address of Law Office of Rodney A. Giove collecting debts as GREATER NIAGARA HOLDINGS.

Owner and head debt collector DOUGLAS J. MACKINNON, SR, OF CLARENCE VILLAGE, NY is currently in bankruptcy with a long list of collection agencies he operated on and spent more than $20 MILLION from investors.

An interesting legal problems for all of the above is their inability to LEGALLY validate and prove ownership on the accounts they collect. They have no licensing or bonds as required by most states, they are operating illegally across America.

This is a scam by known criminals and drug users. Do not fall victim to these snake oil salesmen with a habit to feed, you WILL regret it.

I just checked my messages for a prepaid cell phone that we only use for emergencies, and we never gave out this number. I have no idea why I would have a case #, unless it is from old repossesions or charge offs during my bankruptcy. All I know is that I handle all my debt through my actual creditors and not any collection agency unless, my original creditor gave me the information as to who my debt was sold to. If anyone else has received a phone call from this company, please be advised. If you are going to pay off your debt, contact your original creditor immeditately to take care of the debt. Only they can tell you who they sold your account to.  Thanks to everyone who replied to this message. It helped me understand who was really calling my phone.

866 304 7249 has been calling me, wanting to talk to another person with my same last name. I have not made any call backs to these people.

These people keep calling and leaving messages for someone who does not and never has lived at my address.  Not even the same last name.  They're annoying and harassing and I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC.  From what I've read online, they're con artists.  Go by the name NCW Inc, aka National Credit Works, INC or Lien Center LLC.

Message is garbled, couldn't understand all of it. They said I needed to contact them about a case number and that if I didn't contact them by the end of the day I would be facing a lawsuit. Have received nothing in the mail nor am I aware of any debts that are delinquent.

I have no idea who they are. They haven't called my mom's house ever then I file bankruptcy in April and in June they start calling her house. I am attempting to see who they are and let them know they are in violation of the law.

These people are horrific. Which is an understatement. They call my cell then my job. I don't think they can keep calling my job on a daily basis. If anyone knows please let me know. They call with deep voices and try to scare me. It doesn't work. I think before anyone makes judgement you need to know the person's situation. Things happen in our lives which preventsus from taking care of our obligations. Our intentions are good but things happen. Don't judge unless you been in the other person's shoes and even then don't judge.

"I'm calling for Tommy Cox Davis, case #120088. We have tried to reach you several times by postal mail and telephone, to no avail. You need to call us immediately. Call us at 866-304-7249."  Called them back and recording said the "voice mail box was full".

Mrs. Warren keeps calling me at work--this time I had them take a message and she told them that I need to call today because she has Good News!! Have no idea what this is all about!! These People are crazy!!!
