Same bs kept calling everyone in  Our family s phones ,  telling the same bs about delivery documentation for a year now, make it real people, get a real job!!! I report  to local police and they said scam!!!!!! Good bye DNC

Don't believe them, if anyone want to take u to court, you already been served and believe me the court do not call ahead

This number called me also. They said they needed to send legal documents and a sheriff will be serving me and my court date is nov 29. Had my ssn and all my addresses and phone numbers!! Said I need to pay back a loan that I didnt get from 7 yrs ago!!

They r collector try to get any $ from u, report them please, can't do anything to u if u didn't take out the loan. There s a statute of limitations on them. Do not respond to any loan that old. Once u do the time start over.

These people are pay day loan scammers and do this same call all the time.

They keep calling me and people in my family, my family gets all worried and thinks its real and I try to tell them its a scam don't pay them. They say things that make you think your really in trouble its just a horrible thing to do to people.

Well, there is no such company as GPS Litigation.  Secondly the number is most likely spoofed.  Your local law enforcement most likely does not have the resources to stop them.  It costs many hundreds of thousands of dollars, and it can take years to find your caller.  However, you could invest in a call blocking device.

Payday loan and magna development group with good ole tom hardigan. Almost got us. Sounds so legit but when you tell him your recording the call he does get mad. The scams have gotten so bad that real bill collectors are having a hard time being taken seriously. At this point if it shows up on my credit it may or may not be legitimate, if it goes to criminal then it is probably legitimate. Otherwise, I will keep track of my own bills.....

Debt is civil, not criminal.  From other posts, this appears to be nothing more than a fake process server/ criminal charges scam to get people to pay non-existent debts!
