We received a call from 866-312-9553.  The man who left a message said he was from "Faithful Marketing" and that we had entered our name within the past 12 to 18 months.  He said this was his final attempt (only attempt that I am aware of) and that it was not a "cold call".  He said his name was (sounded like) Francis Jackson, but could have been "Fred" Jackson.  I don't have caller ID, but on whocallsme.com the number on other people's ID seem to vary, indicating that this a scammer who switches phones to evade authorities.  Lets keep reporting him and hopefully the law will catch up with him sooner, rather than later.

I too got a call from Faithful Marketing promoting a new travel agency, Premium Destinations in Mansfield MA.  Supposedly we won either a Ford Expedition, Round-trip air or a 27" flat screen tv.

We received a call from 866-312-9553 X243 from Sean Davis.  The man left a message said he was from "Faithful Marketing" and that we had entered our name within the past 12 to 18 months and won one of the top 4 prizes and it would be in our best interest.  He said this was his final attempt (only attempt that I am aware of) and that it was not a "cold call" and time sensitive matter.  I do have caller ID and the number came in from 708-248-7165.  I believe this is a scammer who switches phones to evade authorities.  Lets keep reporting him and hopefully the law will catch up with him sooner, rather than later.

First Sean Wilson, then Dominic called from Faithful Marketing (they sounded like the same person). They said I won something from Premium Destinations and it could be a car or a vacation or cash to promote a new travel agency. They expect you to show up and bring a credit card so you can pay the taxes on your new car when you receive it!! It's also to prove that you can afford their vacations. It's a big scam.

Recieved same call as above from a Fred Jackson. Same message from Faithful Marketing with a return call number of 866-312-9553, ext. 243. Actually we were supposed to win one of 4 major appliances. The guy was really hard to understand. My caller ID however showed the # 708-933-0903, which led to a Ohmisha Harris from Calumet City in Illinois.

We received the same phone message yesterday, and just for kicks, we called the number they left for us 866-312-9553 ext 243.  Our caller was "Fred Jackson".  When we called back, Fred was in a meeting, and our call was handled by "Marlin", who told us he was handling Fred's calls.  Marlin asked if he was speaking to ..(and used my maiden name, which I have been married for 6 years, but my telephone number is still listed in my maiden name...I immediately thought, "RED FLAG", but we decided to at least let Marlin go through his entire schpeel.)  We were told that we would need to attend a meeting in Branson, MO on Wednesday or Thursday (2:30 either day).  We explained that those dates would not work as my mother recently had back surgery and was still needing round-the-clock care (which is completely true).  What a COINCIDENCE???  Marlin's mother recently had knee replacement surgery, so he COMPLETELY understood our situation, and told us to call back on Friday, as they might be able to schedule us for a Saturday or Sunday meeting if the grand prize (a brand new 2010 Ford Explorer) was not won by someone who DID attend the meeting on Wednesday or Thursday.  My husband decided to google them and we found all kinds of people dealing with this same scam.  My question is....has anyone actually GONE to one of the "meetings" and if so, what actually takes place once you get there?  We, too, are on the National and the Missouri Do Not Call list, so if I continue to get calls from them, I certainly plan to report them, and will also ask our phone company to trace the number from which they call and block it so they can't call us anymore.  My husband did release his name to them, and also we did tell them that they had me listed under my maiden name, but we released no additional information.  My biggest concern is for people who do not have access to google them, or the unsuspecting individuals who do travel to a "meeting"...that's why I would really like to know what happens at the "meeting", so that we can get the word out to people about this entire scam and organization.  I also plan on e-mailing information regarding this scam to our local media outlets who do a good job researching situation such as this one, and then "out" them in their news reports.  I will be watching my telephone bills for the next several months to make sure no "unexpected" charges show up.

I received the exact same message today.  And when I called the number it forwarded to Mitchell Communications Group and directed me to leave a name and phone number.  Which I most certainly did not.
I also received a similar message yesterday from a different call back number and when I called the phone just rang and rang, no answer.  Wish these people would get a life!!!

Got this call on Wednesday, Nov 3, 2010, at 12:15pm CT (and because I have a voice mail service, I even have an mp3 of the call).  All I can say is no, I did not enter a contest.  Back in college I worked for a market research company and I know all about the "entry" forms ending up as marketing tools, and as a result I never enter.  In my experience these types of company do give out a prize conforming to the prize listed (the cheapest one, of course, is the 1/1 odds while the big gifts are 1/1,000,000).  Even the great offers, though, like the 3 day trips (and I have gone on one to Reno) subjects you to hours of high pressure sales.  Not worth it.  Here's the call (and no, they never tried to reach me before or I'd have a 2nd phone service mp3, along with an email and text transcription showing it):

Hi. This is Fred Jackson calling from Faithful Marketing. I have made numerous attempts to reach you regarding an entry form filled out in your name within the last sort of 12-18 months to win a new car. We received a call from 866-312-9553.  The man who left a message  was somewhat garbled, but from what I could piece together it said that we had entered our name within the past 12 to 18 months, same as all the other stories here. He said his name was (sounded like) Francis.  We received four calls from him.  I finally called to blow him off; the phone was answered electronically, with a foreign sounding accent.  I was unable to understand the name of the fim, Something Marketing was all I got.  Lets keep reporting him and hopefully the law will catch up with him sooner, rather than later.

The do not at all sound the same. And if you called back you was told that the purpose of the credit card is criteria because the company they are calling on behalf of is a travel agency and they know if you dont have a credit card you are not the travel type.  Any gift you recieve must be reporting on your taxes if it exceeds over a certain amount. We dont care if you pay the taxes or not. It is not are responsibility.  You should be more trueful when leaving a comment internet harrassment is now a crime

People please please stop and think. It only takes a few minutes to call back to be more educated on why you are being contacted. Yes we are calling other people and stating the exact same thing because each person we have contacted have enter the same promotion.  Being called if you have submitted something to be contacted is not a Scam.
