1-866-313-6030 keeps calling me a hundred times a day. It ring's once and then they hang up, so I never have a chance to answer it. One time I even had my phone in my hand (conveniently) and I answered it even before the first ring was done because I know they've been calling me a hundred times a day and hanging up right away, so I answered it right away and then they still hung up before I could say anything. What is going on? Who is it?

They call me five or six times a day.  Everytime I answer, I get silence.  I left it on speaker for about ten minutes one day, hoping that someone would come on the line so I could tell them to stop calling, but to no avail.

I called Rogers as suggested above, they confirmed that it was their number, but couldn't figure out why I was being called... I have a Telus Phone.  Never had Rogers, and my Landline (which they always call five minutes after calling my cell) is a Shaw phone.  

I'm guessing it's either sales, or collections for someone who gave out my number.

Finally called back the # -- like the other posters, they called numerous times per day, never anyone there if I answered.  Turned out my adult son had put my number as a contact number and had not paid his bill.

It's Rogers.  Pay your bill - they'll stop calling

They phone home and my cell but i havent had a chance to answer.

I;m not even with Rogers just changed my phone # and they still are calling.

RTegartding the response: "It's Rogers: Pay Your Bill and they'll stop calling" - I get these calls too and I have no accounts past or present with Rogers.

I've just called Rogers, and they said if you get calls showing 'Unknown Name' followed by the number 1-866-313-6030 - it's a scam to get your money. It's not Rogers, and they confirmed they haven't been calling me. I'm getting about 10 calls a day from this number. We followed the Telus instructions to block their number. If you have a Shaw or Rogers phone, I'd look up their instructions on-line to block this number from calling you. Again - it's a total scam, and they're fraudulently hoping you'll believe it's Rogers, and make a payment to them.

Yeah, I've been getting 10 calls a day as well. I've never picked up but they never leave a message. It's always someone saying "Hello? Hello? Hello?" No actual message.

So apparently Rogers uses two companies, aic, and stream for collections.
Run off an auto dialer.
These people are not them, As described above I got an indian sounding woman, no hang ups this time, who said she was from rogers. This woman did not use the standard rogers greeting, nor did she sound like she even knew what she was doing.
If you have an android phone, get a call blocker, you can get them free. Though i'd suggest changing your number altogether,

It is so very irritating. they phone and phone and phone and then they eventually text me how much I owe them... send me the bill on time and perhaps I'll know? then they threaten to cancel my 'membership'...really? with 3 phones in the house under Rogers... go ahead!

Honestly, it's driving me crazy too. They call me multiple times a day...very early in the morning...and all damn day. I know they are trying to collect money from me because I also got a letter from Iqor stating I owe Rogers $54. However last time I got that Iqor letter saying I owe Rogers $55 on my last account..I paid it off, and they said they received the payment. So if there's a new balance with Rogers, it wouldn't go to a collection agency (Iqor) it would just be posted to by current account, which I have.  I never once picked up this phone 866-313-6030 number as a precaution, since they don't leave a voicemail I figured it's a scam. And I have a feeling the scam is in conjunction with Iqor.  Definitely blocking the number. Thank you Google.

I have been receiving calls from this number 1-866-313-6030 recently as well. The first time I answered, I got silence.  I just broke up with a verbally abusive ex recently who works at Rogers in the call centre too.  From all the complaints from so many people, however, I know at least that it is not likely my ex who works in the call centre for Rogers.  At least that is a relief.  Judging by so many people getting the same harassment though, it is definitely some kind of scam and not a legit call for you to pay your bill.  That would only come in the mail directly from Rogers.

I pay Rogers the day I receive the bill, therefore I never owe them anything, and yet I still get these same calls. Therefore I doubt it has anything to do with payment issues. But that's just my assumption.

Calls every day, including Saturday & Sunday, on both my cell and home phones. Sometimes as many as three, four, and even more times. From 0730h all the way to 2300h, and never leaves a message. Our Rogers account is paid up, with all five phones current, so it's not a legitimate collection call. I wish they would just get lost. They are a pain in the axx.

Between my home number and cell number, 18 calls today alone. Does this not count as harrasment?
