Yesterday I was on Career Builder searching for employment and a job "Office Administrator" was listed. When I clicked on the site I was redirected to the job thru JobbingTree.com. I did complete some info with my e-mail address but nothing more.
Yesterday evening, I received an e-mail with no name but a number, 56030, sad face indicated, and it said, "Hi Carolyn, call me about the Office Administrative job you have applied for 866-315-9188". No name was given, no other info about the company for which the position was for so I did a google search for jobbing tree and found many comments that it may be a scam. The BBB has given it an F rating so I am not going to call them.

I received an email re: Medical Office File Clerk and Administrative Clerk
I called the number and then a gentleman told me that my profile would be approved and to click on the link. When I jokingly asked if he would be the person interviewing me, he stated he was in Florida.. This was a red flag.. Then he started asking me about furthering my education and that he would let me talk to their recruiter, I really got skeptical. I live in CA, so how can someone in FL, find me a job and there are job agencies here in CA? just beware of these people from jobbingtree. their website wasn't even real to me. I stopped and placed them on the block list. I hope that no one gets caught up with these people.
