Calls and leaves no message

MediCredit called looking for Brian Burt (Bert?).  That's the second company that has called me looking for him.

Calls from this number with no person to speak to, puts me on hold and does not pick up. I would lke to know who the company is if anyone knows.

Tom, the calls are from a  company called Medicorp, their a collection agency that collect monies due to Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, etc.   My best advice to you is to take the call, find out which bill their calling about and then verify with the facility that reported the debt that you owe it before proceeding.   Hope this helps.

Called me 10 times on day, 8 times the next and 6 times the next day. is this Harrassemnt or what?

Today's date, 05/08/2012 approximately 1225 EST.
I just received a phone call phone this number, which from my research belongs to MediCredit Inc. Which is a debt collection agency. After being on hold for over 3 minutes from the time I answered the call I was finally connected with a Ms. Miller. She wanted me to verify my date of birth and last four numbers of my social security number. When I refused and asked to have my number removed from her call list she kept trying to interrupt me and finally pretended that she could not hear me anymore as if my cell phone signal dropped, and soon hung up. Immediately afterwards, I called back the same number that called me and after listening to the automated menu I was connected with a Ms. Carol Art, who explained to me that I received the phone call due to a personal business matter and do to privacy laws I had to verify my DOB, and my Orlando address or last 4 of my SSN before she could discuss the personal business matter at hand. After again refusing to provide this information over the phone, Ms. Art explained to me that MediCredit Inc. sent me a letter in a white envelope to my Orlando address. After I explained to Ms. Art I have moved from the Orlando address in Feb. and now reside in a different city, she asked if I would give her my new address so she could have the letter resent. I agreed and gave her my new address and now am waiting to receive the letter so I can know what this personal business matter is about. Of course I am not an uneducated man and already have a good idea what this matter pertains to. MediCredit Inc is a debt collection agency and I am sure the debits that they are trying to collect are unpaid medical bills. Since I know I have unpaid medical bills and will pay then when I can, I do not see the necessity in calling my to try and make a collection, but I guess if the world we live in has come to such bogus actions I will have to deal with it. I hope this helps everyone who receives a call from this company and as a suggestion do your best to not get frustrated with the other person as they are only trying to complete the horrible job that they has choose to be in. If you simple and politely refuse to provide them with any information they will continue to provide you with more information on who they are and why they are calling.

They call me all the time and tell me to please hold and the longest i have waited is 5 min but no one ever comes on the line. I just had it and called them back and told them to hold and put the phone up to the radio and played them music. How can they claim to be collecting a debt but use an automated service and never pick up the phone. Its frustrating, annoying, and starting to boarder on harassing.

I don't owe any money, yet over the past few years I have received countless calls from this number, each time the woman asks for someone who is not here. I asked that my number be removed since I am none of these people the Medi collection agency is looking for. At this point it is harrassment. I asked the woman to remove my number from the list as I have requested in the past. The woman was very sharp with me. "It is not our fault if someone gave us your number," she said. I am wondering how many people at this point have used my number that sends all of these call to me.

They are calling the number of my landlord several time a day.  They DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER1!!!  Have tried calling the number numerous times and always a busy signal.  Any solutions???

Get their address send them a letter stating that you will only work with the Company who holds your debt... That would be the Dr. Clinic, Lab or other individual who you are legally bound to through contrat with, NOT the collection agency.

I get calls from this number after I blocked the other number they call from via my cell phone company.  So now they call from this number and "Unknown".  I get calls almost every day, sometimes they leave messages, sometimes they do not.  The message states that they are trying to collect a debt, asks me to call back, but then doesn't leave a number.  This from the "Unknown" call.  I am certain I don't have any outstanding debts, medical or otherwise.  I even checked my credit report to be sure there was nothing I didn't know about.  They have my name and cell phone number right.  I've filed a complaint with the FCC regarding robocalls, but I don't know if this qualifies...

Someone or an automated dialer calls my cell phone from this number and when my phone goes unanswered, they don't leave a message.  The most annoying thing, well two most annoying things (#1) How did they get my number? and (#2) I get calls from this number several times a day (morning, afternoon, after work, and sometimes late in the evening.  I wish someone could make them stop.

I can't even find the phone number to address company this way please help?

I have no debts now or ever.  I've told these jerks this  I've also told them to be expecting to hear from my lawyer 😜   Now they call me everyday , I answer & they hang up.  I'm so sick of this. I use my phone for company business & they play games with me.   Who do I report this company to ?

Grow up jerks !!!   Calling numerous times everyday !!  When I answer they hang up .  I have already told them they have the wrong number several times.  The last two times I actually talked to a real person I believe they were offended by my potty mouth 😏
