I have. A guy named David Green left a message saying they were Legal Support Services and something about a breach of contract but they never said who they where calling for or what kind of contract was breached. I think it's a scam.

 I received the same message, "David Green left a message saying they were Legal Support Services and something about a breach of contract".

They are a debt collector stating you either owe a payday loan from Eastside Lenders , they called me about a payday loan that is not on my credit report but stated this loan is from 2006. I filed bankruptcy in 2011, they stated it was not on my bankruptcy it must have fall between the cracks.  That is crazy. so they stated the company is going to sue me and serve me papers.  My lawyer told me not to worry about it.

My husband received a call from this number today.  He told my husband that I owed a payday loan from Wells Fargo from 2013.  He had information that was over 10 years old.  My husband asked for paper work to be sent and the man, Vincent Stark, told him he wouldn't given any information to him until he set up an agreement to pay them.  I called the number back and another man answered and said this is ARS Associates from Kenmore, NY.  I looked them up and nothing came up for them.  However, I did find ARS collections and I have read reports on how nasty they are.  He also told my husband that it is going to go into legal action.  Bring it on!

Received a call from Mr. Green same message as everyone else.  He did not address whom this call is for , or what they call was about.  If you can't say who you are calling them your just phishing for info.

They called my husband and told him I was being prosecuted for defrauding a bank. They told my husband I wrote a bad check and owed $1500. They wanted him to make arrangements to pay immediately with his credit card. Thankfully he didn't and called me instead. When I called, they don't have any of the correct information including my date of birth. I was originally told I wrote a bad check. When I told them I don't write checks, he changed it to a loan I took out. Which I KNOW NEVER happened. The man was an [***] and threatened to pursue legal actions against me. I just told him to bring it. Do NOT give anyone at this number ANY information.  I also downloaded a call recorder so I had all the information on tape to report the number.

Just had this same person leave a voicemail with the same info. I called back and they stated that they are called ARS and when she looked up my number she didn't find anything and asked did they call a different number and I said no this number is the number and I just hungup. Total SCAM.
