called about stimulus debt reduction

A company called first financial network inc out of clearwater,florida operates under this 866-3
19-9025 number. they are trying to get people who owe over 10,000 in credit card or unsecured debt to  sign up with their debt settlement program.  they go thru and present program and at end of offer they want your bank account number before sending out package of documents.  they have employees working there who have criminal records and have served time in prison.  also employees who are on or have been on drugs.  They do no background checks on employees and they are in violation of us federal banking laws.  all of your personal bank account numbers are written down and kept by who knows.  also they state that they can reduce your debt by 40% or more but do not tell you that you are responsible for paying taxes on that 40%.  beware of this company..it is a big scam. they try to tell you that they have no complaints with the better business bureau but they do not belong to the bbb.  therefore no complaints can be handled by bbb for nonmembers..bbb does give they a rating of d-!!!!!!!!

They seem to be ligit but I was a little weary. I did not sign up with them but I need to know why you did not????   Janet

I am trying to gather as much info on FFN as I can.  I worked with them under the promises of debt reduction and no wage garnishments to occur.  Now i have a lean against my house and wages are being garnished.  Anyone with more info. or whom to contact to get involved with a lawsuit please respond.  thanks in advance.

hello - I got suckered into working with these people and am now facing garnishments and have contacted a lawyer.  Do you know of any class action lawsuits, or anything further that may help me?  Hindsite is always 20/20
