I received a phone call from a an individual who said her name was Madison Brown, phone 866-320-4607, who works for a company called Synovate who supposedly was making a survey for Blue Cross Blue Shield. I told her I did not care to participate, that if I wanted to discuss anything, I would speak directly with them. Never heard of them.

I also received a call from 866-320-4607; they could not tell me how they got my number.  They said that they are collecting information and not trying to sell anything.  Since I do not use my cell number accept for friends and family I was surprised that someone I did not know would be calling.  I asked to be removed from the call list and they transferred me to an automated system.

Looks like these clowns are still at it.  They called my house 3 times tonight.  The first time i said im not interested, they abruptly hung up.  The second time, I asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on me.  The third time I let him have it.

Im not sure if they are callling from america because they barely speak english.  Most likely India

I received a call from this company - Synovate.  They indicated that Aetna was having them call to gather market research information.  They started asking personal questions, which I refused to answer.  At that point they hung up.   When I contacted Aetna today, the person answering said that they had no record of this company being used to gather market research.
