I got 4 calls from this number. They called me from 866-325-2846. I tried calling back and a recorded voice said – please wait for an available Sirius operator. After 3 minutes of waiting, I hung up.

They called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. One day I picked it up and then they had me hold for a couple of minutes..spoke with a man and he asked me if my name was (some hispanic name) and I said no and then he wanted my name. He said the account past due and was going to be suspended. I said go ahead, it's not my account. Idiot that I am I gave it to them. Then they said they were going to check it with their records to see if they got the wrong person. Even asked if I knew the guy. Told them I was from out of state and no. Then they wanted my address to verify my id. Idiot again, I told them. They said they fixed the account and will no longer call me. The next day, they called me again!!!! Idiots!!!!

They call me every day for the past 6 days. They never leave a message so I don't bother answering.

I recently received a mailing from Sirius informing me that my account was going to expire and I contacted the phone number on the card and paid up. The calls began after I did this.
How do I block this number?

It is the Sirius Account center. They call after your pre-paid radio account is expired and before the cut you off. They will email you at first to remind you. Then if you wait a week or two they start calling. At some point you will just get cut-off until you renew the subscription or add more pre-paid cards to your account. They only leave one message on the first call.

I don't have Sirius Radio...and I work nights so I really don't like being called at 8 in the morning.

I keep getting calls from Sirus. I don't want calls from this number, nor do I pay to be harrased by these calls. Please stop calling your cell customers!

They call almost everyday and leave no message.  When a message has been left, they say they're from Sirius Radio and that if I don't make a payment, my service will be cut off.  I've never had Sirius Radio.

They just called and I let the machine pick up.  Nothing.  I recently thought about joining Sirius Radio but now that I find that this is how they do business I'll pass.

I was getting automated calls from this number (866-325-2846) telling me that I missed a payment.  I am not a Sirus and never was a Sirus customer.  I believe this is a questionable telemarking practice....

I got a threatening call from 1-866-325-2846 that they will cut off my service if they do not receive payment in 48 hours.  I called Sirius at 1-888-539-7474 and confirmed that my account is good, and 1-866-325-2846 is not their number.  They are a fraudulent organization who tries to steal people's identities and credit card numbers.  I hope the FBI and police will track down the thieves and arrest them.

Have gotten several calls from this number(866-325-2846) on the fax number assigned to me by Vonage.  They call every day at random times.  Name on caller id is UNKOWN.

I have a Sirius subscription. Got a phone call from this number and OF COURSE they couldn't be bothered to leave a fing message. WHY? This is the number I gave them when I signed up.

Also got a statement in the mail last month saying I owe $299.37. Didn't say for how long a period this amount covers or how many radios, but I had two radios last year and canceled one of them for crap reception. They know I'm not using the second one and had to pay a cancellation fee but that doesn't stop them from trying to fk their customers.

The ONLY reason I have Sirius is to listen to Howard Stern. Otherwise I cannot be bothered. Too many problems.

Dealing with them is a serious PIA. When I called to complain last year it seems that the only customer service reps they have are in Costa Rica. I had to hang up on 3 of them in a row before one would volunteer to give me their name and employee i.d. in case I needed to refer back to the call. WHY are they afraid to give customers this vital info???
Because they practice screwing them, thats why.

I also don't like supporting companies that hire offshore and take away jobs from Americans.

All I can say is that if Howard bails then I'm done. I'm going to prepay until the end of the year and then see if I have to renew only if Howard does. I'll listen to Pandora, Rhapsody or ANYTHING else. Or sit in silence...

Words of advice. DO NOT LET THEM SIGN YOU UP FOR AUTOPAY. You will NEVER get them off your credit card. Prepay with a money order by snail mail. You have more rights this way.

This number calls me and says I owe money and my account will be cancelled,I am  subscriber to sirius but I am always current and have never had an outstanding balance!  It turns out that somehow my cell # got listed on some knuckleheads account and thats how I got the calls,it was a spanish name {just like the other guy posted} I wonder if it was the exact same name?If so it must be a huge ongoing scam!

Do not give these thieves any information. Do not answer any of their calls!!!!! If you do business with Sirius Radio call them direct.

My Internet and iphone radio no longer work but my radio still does.

I called them directly and they informed me it was time to renew my subscription and then my phone cut out lol.

I'm just wondering if my radio will keep on going? and will they try to ding me later for the time I've used after my subscription??

Pprogram your cell for this particular phone number to not ring when they call.

If you want to avoid stupid calls from any of your service providers than go to Walmart and buy a $10.00 tracfone and a 60 minute ($20.00) card.

Give THIS number to those you DON'T want to be able to badger you when you are cancelling your service, etc.
