Caller hung up on answering machine.

Called Number back on Card left on FRONT DOOR.. Got hung up on, when asked for Company Name and WHY someone would leave a Card on my front door from the times of 11pm to 6am!!

who are these people?

It's a repossession company coming to Repo your car.  They left the same card after they repoed a friends car.

For what finance company?  Friend also had one of these, but no outstanding loans.

This company is trying to repo my car for Capital One. They have threatened "criminal investigations" and legal action, etc. Funny thing is, they haven't come to my house, they've gone to my mother's house and my ex-wife's house.

My son used my name and my daughter name on his car loan as references.
He has since defaulted on the loan and we don't know where he is at this time.  I've gotten numerous calls on my home phone and they call my daughters phone several times a day.  They sent a repo truck to my home and left a card on the door.  No one answered at the number they left.
They went to my daughter's residence and threatend her that they would just keep coming back till they got what they wanted.  Last night at 11:00 p.m. they showed up and started pounding on my daughters door and shining flashlight in.  She is a single mother and was scared to death.
She called to them that she was getting dressed but they just kept pounding and shining their lights.  When she got to the door, she thought it was a police officer, because that is how the man was dressed.  Then she saw that his badge read "Dynamic Solutions Detroit".  She called the police because the refused to leave her property without the information they wanted.  Even though the cops sent them away, the guys were laughing and saying that they will be back.  My grandaughter is too afraid to sleeop alone in her room now because of these creeps.  I would love to know how to find them, I've tried everything.  Any suggestions?

I left for work At 630am this past monday morning with yellow sticky notes posted on my front door and mine and my husbands vehicles. So, I called the number left on the card and stated that the name on the card no longer lives at this residence and asked why they were doing business in the middle of the night. The man was very rude to me on the phone and did tell him he was at my house at 330am to "receive something" and it was not his problem that I never knew he was at my house. So, I proceeded to say that the ppl he was looking for no longer live at this residence and if he is an investigator like he said he was he should know that. He stated mam you're making assumptions and I make 80,000 a year there was nothing at your house that i would have taken. So, that proved to me he was snooping around my property. I will continue to look into this situation and have turned it over to police at this point. Bc he has invaded my privacy and trespassed on my property.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF INDIANA AG's OFFICE!  It's easy to do and you can do it on line.  If everyone above would do that they would get reigned in by the AG.  When I called them they called me a scumbag, little girl, tried to intimidate me, kept calling multiple times a day, refused to identify themselves, etc.  DONT PUT UP WITH IT!  EVERYTHING ABOVE IS A VIOLATION OF THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT!  FILE A COMPLAINT WITH AG AND FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION!

I'm in the hospital and someone put one of those yellow cards on my door.

I had a yellow card as well got online and read all these reviews and I must say I did call and talk to someone and I was rrespectful as were they and it had nothing to do with me so my guess is people call and get crappy so they do back it is a reposession company and they have a job too do.

They went to my job and stated that they were agents doing an investigation but my employer refused to give them any information. It wasnt until I googled the number from the card they left and came accross this site until I knew it was a repo company. I admit I have missed a few payments but these people are insane to go through such extremes to get a couple hundred bucks.

They would be wise not to come on my property or any member of my family's property ever again. They have threatened my mother and refuse to leave and the property they want no longer exists. Bring your vests next time [***] and see what happens when you keep thinking you are above the law...trespassing is trespassing.

Call the police if you get a yellow card from 866-325-2986 and let them know you are being harassed and they will not leave.

These mutha fuckah's have lost their entire minds. An [***] coward calling himself "Jack Ryan" which is the name of a spy in a movie visited my office and actually said that he was a client of mine. Of course, he was creepy and clearly up to something and my alert office staff were immediately suspicious of his story, appearance and everything else about him. My assistant explained that she was intimately aware of my client base and he wasn't in it. He insisted that he was a client and he would wait for me to arrive... Can you believe this [***]?!?! Anyway, we don't take too kindly to sneaky, slime-balls and nobody comes into my office and tells us what to do so she firmly explained to him that she would take his information to pass on and walked him to the door.  The front of the card had Call John Immediately (LOL... [***] you John) 866-325-2986 and on the back, hand wrote my name, his fake ass name "Jack Ryan" 734-686-2768 and a bogus 6 digit "case number". I promise everyone who were awesome enough to post tips about these illegal debt collecting thugs that I will pursue justice in this matter tirelessly and will alert you if we can establish a class action lawsuit against the [***]!  Don't be afraid... be bold and fearless: cowards and bullies hate it!
