Threatened law suit, claims court ordered warrant. Gives only your name and to call this number immediately.

Spoke to a man Says I took out a online payday loan for $500 provided me with my SSI number prior place of employment and address. When asked for prof and info to contact the creditor was told to goggle  it they don't have it. Said they contact via email Nacy Adams refused to provide info. Says they will take me to court and I will have to pay $1,500

Rude caller saying I had a complaint filed against me and I was to call them immediately to prevent them from file case with local and state court. Would provide no information at all. I hung up. Obviously a scam

Same situation as the others. Left a message about a formal complaint and I needed to call to avoid court filings. I know I'm not behind on any payments, and if I did, they would need to provide proof, but have failed to do so, so far.

Called yesterday and left a message about a formal complaint on Yasmini Gremin and that if I knew where to locate the person to call the number asap...not me and no idea who they are or who this person is. "our next step will be filing the necessary paperwork...blah blah blah" They just called and left another message. 8663297704

this number called me 12/22/15, said they have complaint from a loan company, saying that I wrote a bad check, funny I haven't had a checking account in over 10 yrs, told them if they called again I would file a complaint myself with the FCC. SCAM

Just received this call twice today & both went to voice mail. The recording stated the same as everyone above. I tried calling the number back which has no greeting at all but says press 0 to speak with the next representative. I hung up....

Call from this number saying they will file a suit against someone I knew 7 or 8 years ago and to call them immediately with the contact info for this person.  They have called several times today to leave messages.  Don't give the company name.
