Over the last several weeks, I've had calls from this number almost every day. When I pick up the phone and say 'hello', I immediately get the sound of ringing as though I am the one who has dialed a number. I have never let it go beyond one ring, since I am afraid that the number it's making me 'dial' is long distance and I'll be charged for the call.
Has anyone else had this experience with this (or any other) number?

This number called 8 times within just several minutes.  No response, no message left.  Very annoying.

she's wise enough not to bother answering it

Calls everyday around noon. No message left. has been going on for several days.
