Please stop calling this number.

This is the number GEICO uses to make outbound calls if a policy is close to canceling. Several years ago I worked for GEICO for 8 yrs, and know they do not have an outbound sales department/telemarketing department. The call is a courtesy, since if a policy cancels, it often costs more to reinstate it because of the lapse, and in many states your drivers license can be suspended after even 1 day without insurance.

Agreed it is GEICO....but only replying to those stupid ass states that do crap like that....cancel license for lapsed policy.  It is bad enough the states that track insurance to registration and only cancel and demand your plates...which is logical enough even though I hate those states.
BUT to affect driver's license is illogical and ridiculous.  A licensed driver can have more than one policy on differnt types of vehicles.  So just because a policy lapses, the driver can still drive the other insured vehicles on the other policies.  The license has nothing to do with it.  Just another way the govt oversteps is limits to try to get what it wants and make people conform.  
You will always have people who drive without insurance or license for that matter.  The govt will never get perfect compliance.

I agree I drove for almost a year with out insurance and my license was not suspended.

the least they can do is leave a message to why they are calling, if you call my cell phone and I do not recognize your number I do not answer.  So if it is important they should leave a message.

Agree.  If I don't know who is calling I don't answer it. LEAVE A MESSAGE

Gieco.Always calls me on due date of payment,even though I have autopay.I finally gave up asking them not to call.
