This is Capital One Idiots

Capital One...Gave out personal account information to a 3rd party...Against the law...When asked to speak to a superior gave the run around...Have called several times, left message after message and no one returns calls.

I'm glad I came across this link ... I've been getting these calls, incessantly every frigging day ... 7x24 which I ignore. Now I know that it's related to CapitalOne ... of course I have one of their CC.

Yes, I agree it is nice to know it is Capital One. They are certainly persistent! Very annoying! I get calls from this number starting at 7:30am and numerous times throughout the day until about 9:30pm. I have small children to get ready for school and bed. I am not about to answer this call!

keep getting these calls too... capitol one, eh....? fricking annoying, I agree!

get phone calls from these people 5 to 6 times a day from 730 am to 930 pm, i don't answer calls from unknown people.  no message is ever left... if it was important you think they would leave a message... that is how everyone else works...

Glad I saw this. Have been getting calls 24/7. Never leave a message, and when answered you get the ominous hum that you know is just coputer handing off to salesman. Even phoned at 6:30 am on a Sunday

yes. Capital One. If you are late on your payment they start to harrass from 7 am to 9 pm, every hour, sometimes several times in a row, 10 to 12 times a day. Apparently in Alberta they can do this legally. I'm sorry. This is not how to get people to pay their bills.

always calling about 5 times a day even more and does not answer speak when you answer the phone.

We constantly receive calls from this number 7 days a week, it is a collection agency on behalf of Capital One. This message is being written on a Sunday and I have witnessed a 7th call on my call display from these people.

Phones 5 times a day... even @ 9:00am on Saturday  mornings and Sunday.

This number keeps calling and no one is there when I answer it.  When I call it back it stops ringing and still no one is there.

why don't they just leave a bloody message?  If they want money from a client or solicit a service, does it not make sense to leave a message?  

By the way, the person who rudely wrote "it's Capital One idiots" is out of line!  These people never leave messages and if you call after their hours, the message does not identify the company!

Most people don't answer their phone if they don't recognize the number due to the thousands of telemarketers out there.  No need for your rudeness.  Obvioulsy you needed to know who it was as well otherwise you would not have gone on this site!

They call 2 or 3 times a day and never leave a message!! Ridiculous and always the same number.

I agree that if it is important that they should leave a message.  I have been getting calls from them starting at 7:30 in the morning all the way until into the evening.  I leave my house shortly after 7 in the morning to take my daughter to school and by the time I get home after running errands, they sometimes have called about 6 or 7 times.  Absolutely unreasonable!

Calls starting at 7:30am in the morning! and constantly through out the day at least 7-8 times a day! NEVER A MESSAGE LEFT.  Borderline harassment!

I received a call from this number at 7:30 am this morning and was not impressed as it woke me up. I answered the phone said hello, he other person said hello, I said hello again and then the other person hung up. I went back to bed and they called again at 9:00 am waking me up again AND the same thing happened again. Geez I don't have to work today let me sleep!! I was a tad miffed so I called the number back. She didn't say, "Hello Capital One" she just said hello. I said I'm sleeping and this number keeps calling what do you want???  So yes, it is Capital One and they want you to make your minimum payment.

I receive these calls about nine times per day for the past few months. I do not have a Capital One card or any CC that I owe money on. I have answered a few times and hung up waiting for someone to respond to my 'hello'. Sometimes they call 3 times in the same hour.
